Aurora is such a talented artist she can take a song in this case soft universe and make it feel totally different from performance to performance,when I was at her concert this song was even more upbeat and Aurora let herself go with an amazing dance routine you could literally see her become lost in the moment and become apart of the universe she was singing about,for me I can’t think of any other artist that can do what this girl does her songs as she says are her little children and the love she has for them you can see in every performance she becomes the vessel for her beautiful words of poetry and we are blessed to have her music (children) in our lives GENIUS ❤️

Agree with you Phil I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her live twice and at my age of 65 I’ve seen many artists live in concert but no one has ever moved me like Aurora, what stood out for me was how humble she was it’s if she doesn’t realise how Good a performer she is,so shy at times as well.she’s special and she really loves her fans(warriors) that also stood out.❤️

Nidarosdomen is jewel among concerts, no doubt. Aurora is fantastic, and so are the sound quality. It's incredible how the sound engineers managed to balance all the instruments, the choir and Auroras lead vocals. Appreciate so much that you want to do all the songs. A little input: On YT you can find Aurora doing this song+Warrior at La Cigale, Paris. It' s a fantastic video clip, showing Aurora interacting very nicely with the audience, and she's really on fire on stage together with dancers. The live artist at her best.

I don't know if this song from this concert is my favorite performance of hers, but it certainly is the one I have watched the most times. Maybe because it is the most upbeat of the concert, maybe because it has one of her very best break downs and build ups, maybe because of the primal scream in the end. It just always delivers.

Everything from this show is amazing. Definitely other worldy. Good one guys

Thanks for the reaction! Fun hearing this after mostly listening to The Gods We Can Touch recently, noticing some “connections.” Aurora loves male choirs. She briefly talks about it after the HAIK performance of The Seed, for instance… when one of the surprises in the show is a choir suddenly joining in. Her recent Moment House special had one as well, etc. :) P.S. Winter Bird live is terrific, but the music video is f a n t a s t i c, one of her best. P.P.S. I mentioned it in the Susanne Sundfør video comments a few days ago, but congrats on (now) 70k+!

Damn, she is so good. Great choice guys. Love this one. Such an excellent concert. I would do "Winter Bird" or "Under stars" next. And if you love upbeat Aurora, I would try "Blood in the wine" from the new Album.

Give this track a play from the KEXP performance at Iceland 2018.

I highly recommend Aurora with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. It's a whole different experience. I think her songs have an even bigger lift effect. It's Aurora in Bergen 2020.

Always love your reactions and the dialogues you have about track and your emotions. Would be great to see you react to Tamino! He is such an underrated singer-songwriter, his vocal range is really impressive and beautiful. His live performances are always the best; Habibi, Indigo Night or Sun may Shine are all great tracks that show his range!

Very few reaction videos on KZread for Pat Benatar and no reaction videos of Pat Benatar from vocal coaches. I guess with 4 straight Grammys for best female rock vocals in the early 1980s and over 35 million record albums sales, their label, management, or copyright issues might automatically force KZread to take videos down. Just my guess. Many of the top or best selling artists often have very few reactions to their music on KZread probably for the reasons that I mentioned above or for whatever other reason. Hoping to see you both and others react to Pat Benatar but it very possibly will be blocked.

Found Pat Benatar in a very early video when she was just in a small local lounge band in Richmond, VA. This is 4 years before she was with Neil Giraldo who helped her form into a rock goddess and helped write and produce all of the great hits of Pat Benatar not to mention being the guitar player of the band and her husband in February 20th 1982 with a 40th wedding anniversary in a few days. In this video in 1974 she was married to Dennis Benatar but they divorced in 1979. Dennis Benatar actually has a very successful career himself in Hollywood as a production manager for many famous movies.
