Baking bread at home is fun and especially if you have kids its such a good way of engaging them in the kitchen and more importantly you don't buy bread.
Am sharing a very simple recipe here of a soft ,fluffy white bread that requires just All purpose wheat flour, salt , sugar and water to make it.
INGREDIENTS
4.5 + 1 Cups All purpose flour or Bread flour
1.Tbs Kosher salt
1.5 Tbs Sugar
! Sachet active dry yeast ( 1 Tbs active dry yeast }
1.5 Cups luke warm water
1/3cup vegetable oil ( about 3 Tbs )
Extras flour for dusting

Hello, I was wanting to try your bread recipe but in your ingredients you have 1/3 cup of veg. oil or 3 tablespoons. When I convert 1/3 cup oil I get 5 1/3 tablespoons. So I am wondering if I measure my ingredients do I use the 3 TBLS or 5 1/3 TBLS of oil? Thank you and your bread looks beautiful and delicious!

When do you start preheating the oven

Always when you are about to start using it. Different ovens take different times to pre heat so experiment with yours.
