Use your hands if possible, it gives a good message to the nerves.. this may be necessary sometimes though

Jesus! Thank you for this video. I won't use my hand mixer. Very much sure its gonna get damaged quickly if I use it to maw dough..and its so much of mess and hard work..

She would have done this by hand in half the time. This is why i don't use my dough maker.
