Here's a little thing you can add to get more of an glow effect: Complete all the exact steps listed in the video. After your done doing all the things you had to go to blending and opacity and keep the opacity at %50 then your going to want to scroll down to lighten and in the section press lighten. Make sure you keep your opacity at %50 or you can play around and find another percentage that you like.
