Please at good diet.. I improve my self.. Go for good diet.. Eat more fruits try to get good health.. Dark circles will vanish slowly

I would like to draw the eyeliner without closing my eye just as you did. Because the sight in one of my eyes is very poor. So, I can't rely on it while I am closing the strong one to apply the makeup. Please can you explain more how I can achieve this and shall I use a magnifying mirror or any other tools? Thank you in advance.
