In today's video, we're diving into the rich and flavorful world of Seekh Kebabs. These mouth-watering, spiced meat skewers are a staple in South Asian cuisine, perfect for any occasion!
🌟 Ingredients:
1.5kg minced meat (beef/lamb/chicken)
3 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 bulbs of garlic
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds(crushed)
1 tsp crushed red chilli powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Lemon juice
Skewers
🥄 Directions:
Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Shape the Kebabs: Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it around the skewers. Make sure the meat is evenly spread and firmly packed.
Grill the Kebabs: Preheat your grill or oven. Cook the kebabs on medium heat, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
Serve Hot: Serve your delicious Seekh Kebabs with fresh lemon wedges, chutney, or your favorite dipping sauce.
