If you listened carefully they said that two years before, 2017, they thought that way. Kenin wasnt playing at WTA tour then, 2019 was her first season. They said it was a hard choice, a lot of American players go to college, they mature there, before joining the tour. Inser and Anderson, Collins, went to college.
