Fewer cars, not so fancy cars, more pedestrians. everything else seems so much cleaner and better maintained

Omg the non realized project of the child's hospital. I didn't knew it was in the finalizing part. After that they stole the windows and everything and for 20 years it was a naked corpse and they blew it up 2 years ago
