Traditional Korean Dinner
We will be exploring the wonders of a traditional Korean dinner. Korean cuisine is known for its bold flavors, vibrant colors, and the meticulous attention to detail in each dish.
For dinner, we start with a table filled with various side dishes, known as banchan. These small bites range from pickled vegetables, such as kimchi and pickled radishes, to seasoned seaweed, cucumber salad, and marinated tofu. Moving on to the centerpiece of the dinner, we have a piping hot bowl of delicious Korean soup, called jjigae.
