One year ago today, I released Sodor: Leakage onto wattpad. What did I expect? To be honest, a lot. And boy did all my wishes come true. On August 8th last year at 9:26 PM, I proposed the idea of Leakage to Skibby. I’ll just say it now, so far it has been the best decision of my entire life. I will admit, the idea was kind of stupid, but hey it worked out! Leakage was honestly one of my biggest passion projects. I sat in bed at night imagining how events would play out. It excited me. Making my own story, making myself know in a community. Production went smooth, Skibby really helped with fixing my grammar (she even wrote some of the chapters). It’s fair to say that Leakage was an escape from reality for me. Just sitting in my bed, talking about ideas with Skibby. It was simple, something that could distract me from School’s torment. Well, as for present time, it’s all going so well. Thanks to Leakage, I’ve been able to explore ideas of more aus. Such as Survival of the Fittest and Eternal Freeze. It also helped Skibby come up with her own au ideas. Like Arachnophobia (which isn’t available anymore) and Sodor Outlawed. Leakage has changed our lives for the better. As for Leakage, everything big I dreamed of for it has basically became a reality. It has it’s own adaptation, playlist, and even fan videos! Thanks to leakage, I’ve even been able to meet some of the famous figures in the au community, like Lucat_Here. My life has been nothing but great ever since I made Leakage (unless you take school into consideration :/) If you told 11 year old me that I’d be famous for a Thomas au, I’d just think you’re a dumbass and make fun of you for thinking that. But here I am, an established member in the Thomas au community (fortunately not one that’s looked down upon). Thank you all, for everything you’ve done to support me and Skibby’s journey, and I hope to see you all in the future Since you read all that, here’s a quick fun fact about leakage: in September 19th, the group was originally gonna stumble upon Toby’s ACTUAL crew (so the crew from the previous log would’ve just been working for Smudger).
