Cleared ST twice as of tonight as arms and I can say taste of blood and just staying in battle stance is amazing. top 5 dps in almost all fights. i only go into zerker stance for zerker rage or sweeping strikes/ww combo on trash/cleave bosses. Doing this I was pulling around 750dps without WB's, was around 1k dps with WB's before we wiped on Eranikus

Sadly, as much as I want to play arms I'm not sure good guilds will allow it for much longer. People are doing 2k damage (with reckless) on the first boss as boring old DW fury. Deathwish + 30% inc attack speed + 20 from rune plus 10 from helmet and then just spam heroic strike is too much damage. They don't even take Deathwish. Just HS/Auto/Slam. I am really hoping they do something to nerf it, or bring 2h builds up. I didn't like having to DW 1h in real vanilla (2004-2007) and I didn't like it in classic and I don't like it now. I want to use a 2h God damnit. I had hopes SoD would do that but looks like nope. Unless lvl 60 adds the 4% extra damage

Awesome vid. Helped me out a lot with my Warrior talent tree!

Need sword instead of axe spec given that the best 2 hander is the STV event sword. Rend will definitely be worth given that it pretty much gives you an overpower on cooldown. Which is a guaranteed crit. I checked some logs and the warriors with overpower and rend spam did much higher dmg on arms.

Im new to warrior, wondering what spec would be better for questing, i am currently doing glad stance but having a hard time with rage and killing mobs at a decent pace. what should i do?

I think using rend with taste for blood is only good when you can stand behind the boss becasuse if youre behind he cannot dodge your attacks so your overpower never procs.

why use wrecking crew over rampage?

in raid conditions you have a very high crit chance with consumables, add the overpower almost always crit, you get a very high uptime on your bonus damage on crits, then you get a very high deep wounds stack and you care about 1 button less to keep track of while doing mechanics

They ruined flagellation of course, now you only get some rage from physical damage like your not wearing armor. In other words, not a whole lot. `(useless)

Nah you just need to stay in battle stance. Only swap to zerker stance to pop cd's or WW in aoe. Otherwise you just waste way too much rage and the playstyle feels horrible. It feels good having a guaranteed OP every 6 seconds.
