* ABOUT *
Designed by chef Alex Atala and cultural producer Felipe Ribenboim, and with the seal of the Institute ATÁ, FRUTO is a PLATFORM of engagement and mobilization to discuss the food, problems, challenges and solutions of our time and for the years to come. FRUTO is born from the need to bring a message to the world. A message that man is the greatest link between nature and cooking. A message of reorganization and resolution of the problems surrounding world food.
