Hi, The written interview could be a case scenario or a social Work related article. You'll then be asked to discuss it or asked a question in line with the scenario or article. Hence the need to have basic knowledge of social Work. I'll advise you use a laptop.

Hi, It depends on the uni. It could be a case study and you'll be asked to discuss it or ask you sole questions based on the case study. I could also be an article or publication related to social work and you'll be asked to discuss it. Having basic knowledge of social Work, it's ethics and values as recommended I the video is very important. Knowing the skills needed for social work practice is equally important

hi, pls i have been watching your videos and its really helpful. pls i need your help. i am applying for masters in social work in uk and on the site it said for me to be considered for an interview, my personal statement should include " An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of UK based social workers Relevant social care/work experience (paid or unpaid).* You need to state how this relates to social work. You may want to refer to Social Work England/BASW Professional Capabilities Framework domains to do this. The length of time you have spent gaining this experience and how it makes you suitable for undertaking the social work course at this time. the issue is i have worked in HR and i have not worked in social work or any kind. but i want a career change. pls i need your help how i can go about my personal statement. thank you

MASTERING ALL, not at all. At the point of entry, what is expected of you is to have BASIC KNOWLEDGE of social work. Just read around to understand the basics about Social Work. And of course, pay attention to the tips shared in the video ❤️

Usually, group discussions are not done virtually. But woth COVID-19, this might have changed or group discussions scraped entirely. For my uni, I didn't do group discussion cos my interview was online, but home students told me they did go's they had their interview at the university. Everything depends on what is obtainable in a particular university.
