Not a physicist, but I feel like the Magnus Effect is a bit different here because its not a totally flat surface like a dam. Meaning, all of the gaps and seats and stuff cause diffusion, so the wind/air/pressure etc... doesnt make it travel forward when you spin it because of all of the diffusion. It at least doesnt function as strongly, It probably still has an effect obviously....

Average 150mm because they're going between stadium steps (flatter to avoid tripping) and ascension steps (taller to save on space) for 280. Account for some height from ramps and slopes, maybe a cheeky lift or two.
