Nice goalkeeper training
Nice drills! She has good form while diving. In my stance I personally like to sit a little lower, I get more power when diving and it's easier to reach the lower shots.
Why are they instructed to have their hands out when in a ready keeper stance instead of a gunslinger position with their hands in.

A set position with the hands to the goalkeepers sides allows for more coverage. It allows a quicker hand to a ball to either side of the goalkeeper. I like my goalkeepers to show a bigger target to force a shooter wide. It's preference.
