    Hi @jaykaira9939 - great & fair question, proximity is important! Global Village can only kinda an obstacles in certain times, when the Visitors reach an absolute high. However during normal conditions as of now in 2024, the Al Ain Rd. (E66) & Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd. (E311) are accessable within a few minutes and allow you to reach all major key destinations (including the DXB) in Dubai within estimated 20-30 minutes, which is great for a gated Villa Community. If you compare that to certain other Villa Communities from different Developers, the accessability in terms of Roads next to it is oftentimes critical.
