You also can contact the attorney general's office and research renter's rights. But in the long run, the landlord is going to come up with an excuse to raise your rent and say it was no way associated with the repairs or you reporting them. I can PROMISE you that!!!!!!!!!

What about my lights like I have a flickering light and my stove light is off and my stove tops some get hot and some don’t they work sometimes but it flips

Not doing all that extra work just to get something done thats in a contract. I gotta get the courts involved which takes money thats not free. I'd rather give it to Yahweh and be done with it
