Basically

Be careful if you ever decide to change into Kali mid-fight. When you do, you'll immediately have to pick a god on the enemy team for Kali's passive which both leaves you standing there defenseless for a short period and eats up precious time of your 10 seconds.

You're welcome. It takes a split second to evade loki's Ult. You gotta be quick. Like Susano (my main) when you use his 3. You can teleport away (if you do it on time) and evade Loki's Ult.

Hello guys so I’m a Morrigan main with 7964 Workshiper, today I will go truly in depth with The Morrigan overall kit and strategy’s. Doomsayer - even tough it doesn’t seem a lot doomsayer does 9% of a targets Hp for 3 seconds that’s insane amounts of damage and because of doomsayer does tick damage you can wait for the speed to appear use ur third basic then use ur Dark omen, so i’mma tell you a trick if you hit doomsayer then use any abilities in the hair or random while doomsayer is applied it will prock basic attack items, example: I hit a Agni with doomsayer, then look at my tower and throw an ability Agni will take the Poly Hit, when you’re clearing remember to hit doomsayer on the back Archers then the front minions making you clear insanely fast, also hunters blessing works with her passive. Deadly Aspects - So this ability is what makes stealth on Morrigan the most deadly weapon ever, because you can activate it and then wait for the currect time in stealth then use , beware that the wind up time of the ability is slow so you need to be good at hitting it, I can’t stress this enough it’s a 1 second stun so u have enough time to activate dark omen and use a poly prock so it makes it easier to output damage if you can’t hit dark omen and then deadly aspects. Dark omen - so the most important ability in Morrigan’s Kit so this ability is what makes Morrigan what she is and also why she is so team fight oriented because her omen is a damaging ability that will prock twice from another ability from you or your ally, so one tip before you transform hit the omen and then transform procking it for extra damage, also it can sometimes secure kills because it does the extra damage after hit with a ability , also it’s the thing that you level the most because it does extra damage and also to camps and minions making it your main clear ability. Confusion - so confusion is an interesting ability because it makes you invisible for 6 seconds at max rank and it gives you 40% movement speed being this ability that confuse ur enemies by sending it to different directions also it’s a very mind game ability and it can body block lock on target ability like neith ultimate and it can also take Loki ultimate so its a very good confusing ability, due to the fact that life abilities and everything else will be the same. Changeling - best ability in the game because it’s every single ability in the game because it can cleanse every single effect so u can cleanse ares ult and also makes you avoid any sort of tick damage, so once you are playing Morrigan u need to know behind or ahead u will still a important element of the team, and changeling is the best ultimate to decide the team fights because it will give ur team a advantage, but you know you shouldn’t abuse because the long cooldown so it makes it harder to balance with other gods try to transform from a different spot so u don’t get ccd because if you do while ulting it can interrupt. Great guide Teeds, lots of good tips! Morrigan is a difficult god to learn to play competently, but once you've learnt how to play her and feel confident about your knowledge of other gods she becomes one of the most fun gods in the game to play! A lot of fun in Mid and the Jungle. If you're not feeling confident in your knowledge of a lot of Smite gods then don't lock her in right away and take a look at what your team picks first to see at least some of the gods you'll be able to transform into. If they chose gods you know well then you have at least some options for your ult regardless of what the enemy team have. If they didn't pick gods you know well, then just don't lock Morrigan in that match, better luck next time.

0:31 I think it’s pronounced like “Keltic” and not “Seltic” (Hard C Versus soft C Also, something to note is that Dark Omen’s Omen Damage is Morrigan’s damage, so she’ll get kill credit if Omen gets the kill, even if an ally uses an ability to trigger it.

When I pick a God I don't know, I just aim at the crowd of gods and spam all the abilities before the timer runs out

I´m a Morrigan main too, this video is awesome. i personally never choose gods, whose ulti needs to be "builded up" (Bakasura). preselect is a good thing, but you should used to quick changes, if the situation affords it. i also like build morrigan with more deffense, i can take more, and when i use my ult, i have the build from other gods. As result, have a tanky god, with awesome damage :) I love your Videos Teeds, please do a Chronos guide, hes a pretty hard god too, see lot of Chronos played wrong :) Have a nice day!

Chronos is played wrong because people either can't hit autos or abilities (or both), mistime the use of his ult, can't build him properly in any way (AA, Burst, Hybrid AA, or Hybrid tank).

Just picked her up this last week, hella hard, but soooooo rewarding. I love her!! Also great video! Should have watched this before I picked her up lol

One important item to watch out for is mystical mail. If an enemy buys mystical mail or crusher and you try using your three to escape from them, the mystical mail will cancel out your three. Similar situations occur with gods with damage over time abilities like Bastet.

I've been maining morrigan since release Rank #1 s5 and loved your tips just to add a few more. 1.) Morrigans Ult can bug out and you cant use any abilities for 2 to 3 seconds. Change into a tank if this happens so you dont get destroyed. 2.) Changing into a God with channeling abilities like cabrakan with his 3 you can stay as him ground pounding until stunned. Thors Ult ect. 3.) Phantom can absorb or bait so many abilities like Artemis and arachni traps. Same with pets being forced to change targets like Argus and as showed in the video bastets cats. I'm sure I'm missing some other tips but these are the main ones I can remember atm. Great guide

This is actually kinda hard to do but If a baron ults and isn’t focusing you you can lead your decoy into the beginning of the cone and it won’t take the tic damage and his ult will be done on the decoy

Yeah the fact that one tic destroys the clone makes it really hard to pull of but I’ve done it once but it’s just a nice thing to know

I'll write her down! She's definitely not easy, Smite has classified her as average though. I think she's average to hard. In arena, I personally think she's fairly easy, but in Conquest, it's a different story. :D

I started playing on switch yesterday and she is free to play, after some matches i instantly bought her, i like how it feels to play as her plus she is celtic, i love celtic and norse mythology, im eager to play all of them in this game. The only thing that i need to manage is her ult, what means that i have to manage some other gods. But hey, learning by doing. And thanks for the guidance.

Little late but found out that her passive can proc poly. You can land your third hit and at any time you can press 3 and proc poly for seemingly random burst

A good tip is to transform into someone that can kill someone in as short time as possible, like Posidon or Anubis if you are in a 1vs1 situation, in team fights I would suggest looking for play making gods that can make things easier for your team like Aries or Hades, I generally tend to avoid warriors since most warriors deal their damage over time, the only time I would pick them is if they have abilities that help teamfights like Odin, Hercules etc. It depends on situation but the best god choices are ones with the highest kill threat so shifting into the most fed hero is often the best idea.

I have a 4 star morrigan I'm Irish myself so I have all our gobs rank 10 one the most important things I learned and try to teach is the decoy use it to engage in some enemies but you want to just engage on enemies like Kali and mercury anyone that's good in close range you want to save the decoy as the escape you learn by dieing who it's best to engage with and use it to escape aswell as any move you do should always follow after dark Omen

Also may I mention another reason you can prioritise either the 3 or ult for which ability to max first is dependant upon if you rush CDR (e.g. Chronos' Pendant after boots). If you get CDR early it's easier to just max into the 3.

I’m a Morrigan main and in my opinion she wasn’t really hard to learn but when starting her I just had a general idea of what all the gods did I got all gods to rank 1 and knew almost every ability making the ult actually easy and you just need a big brain to use her escape fast and her kit it generally simple once gotten used to

Fun Fact:If the enemy have a especial emote with especial skin like nox or amaterasu,you can change to him and do the emotes too

When possible use your 1, before your escape. This means 1 less person to chase you in jungle, and to avoid it being interrupted. Also if being chased by an enemy they to wait to use your 3, until they use any abilities in there kit that would disrupt it, such as gens knockup

Great vids but as a keen Celtic history nerd i have to say, Celtic as in the Celts is a hard sounding "C" (K). Celtic as in the scottish football team is a soft sounding "C" (S). Thanks for the vid. Very helpful.

In the combos you should have mentioned to auto cancel for the most damage so you can get that passive damage

I have been playing a lot lately, and my tip is, upgrading ult last, build full CD so, blue boots, chronos and spear of deso. Also pick up polly and just go for the 1-2-auto combo, since you have full cd your 3 should be up by the end of the combo so you 3 and just follow them, than just do the 1-2-auto vombo again with the curse from the 2 still on the enemy, and thats a it they die. And if the are a weak enemy (example: mages with no prot, or assassins with no life steal) its a 100% one shot with polly. My build (i play jer jungle btw) goes: 1. Assassins blessing and tire one Bancrofts 2. I finish the bancroft 3. Blue boots 4. Chronos 5. Polly 6. Spear of deso. And than i sell the Assassins blessing and just buy what ever i need most (more pen or life steal, prot or more power) Sorry if i have any spelling errors English is not my native language. Hope this helps someone :D

I'm a mastery 10 morrigan with 1 star. She's pretty good if you play her right you get kills you didn't even know you were gonna get. Even if someone else finishes them. Cooldown is key with her. Always use her 2nd ability and finish with your 1. You can use 3 to be sneaky with it

what is the ring at your feet when you're casting? can I turn it on?

I have Skadi as my only mastery X hunter. Haven’t played smite in quite some time.. Now I barely don’t get how the god works any more and I don’t feel dangerous in any facets of the game compared to other hunters. IMO, she is the coolest adc aesthetically by far. Love Kaldr and the fact that she’s throwing spears. So, would you mind doing a guide on Skadi?

Shes super fun to play

Always try to engage with invisibility if you have a way to escape

As the Morrigan, you can turn around losing games very easily. If one player on their team is carrying, has a strong build, etc. A good tip is to use your ult to become them, complying all their stats, and use their own ultimate and abilities to take them out.

Not a the morrigan main but I do have her X on 3 platforms, while it says her ult cleanses her of all effects I've NEVER been able to get it to do this for me.... but a lil tidbit about her ult is when you transform into someone who doesn't have their ult, you still will just somethin important to know if you hit 5 before they do. Also turning into kali SUCKS if you're in the middle of a teamfight as you'll be forced to stand still and pick a god, still doable just the first time I did this I wasn't aware of it an died in a panic lol

Thanks again for that guide This is a list of Gods that I advise to transform into them Thanatos, ao kuang and Achilles - if you find a target under the threshold and heal Cerberus, xing tian, fenrir and ares - for burning beads or securing at least a death Anubis, ah puch or any bursty god - for easy kills Athena or chernabog - if you die or recall you can return in matter of seconds. High defense god (usually guardians) or Gods with good escape (Apollo and camazotz) - in case of trying a escape in case where your 3 don't work High CC character (kambakarna ans cupid) - annoying during team fights This is a list of God's I don't advise to transform into them Hera - a 10 second Argus isn't that good Cu chullain and king Arthur - you can't become Cu berserk and use it effectively in 10 second and for Arthur it's very hard to stack his passive and use his ult in 10 second. Awilix - it is hard to use her ult effectively

Did you know that if u use your 2nd ability then right after use your 1st ability it deals extra damage.

If you have a Ymir just double freeze with a pele or jing wei with high crit and atk speed you can melt anyone

I have her almost two star and I'm still finding new bugs... Watch your timer on your ultimate. You can get instantly killed if hit at the right time when it's ending. With her stealth, learn your timer. Proc your 1 from far enough and the enemy will not hear it. You have MS to close the gap Hide around a teamfight when no one can keep an eye on you. You're easy to lose track of and that's what you want. Confusion. Always ultimate into a comfort pick of yours. Focus more on who's ultimate you're getting. I prefer to use an enemy most of the time. But switch up your patterns. She's very good at this. Try not to be the highest damage or biggest threat. You'll have the enemies watch on you. If you hold yourself back a bit you'll have less focus from the enemy on where you are. Your three can block one basic or single target ability. Watch your opponents movements and you'll have Loki ulting your clone every time. But you have to drop clone and move yourself backwards to dodge with it. I don't recommend buying Divine ruin simply cause if you engage you should kill someone faster than they can heal. Otherwise don't take that fight. Just poke them. It's good to practice her though. You're not going to get used to her if you don't play lots of games. She's extremely predictable if you don't play her enough to work around this. I'd really only recommend The Morrigan if you're someone like me who gets bored playing the same thing over and over again. You have to understand ALL the gods. Most often you're gonna face gods you don't play. That's just fate.

It can, I typically don’t try to do that, however I have used the decoy to trick gods such as thanatos into ulting the decoy.
