Great video, a good beginners guide for the spider lady. You went over all the important bits, especially the web placements. I have a few tips to add myself. The build you suggested for her in jungle is a great way to learn her, as since she relies so much on just walking up to people, being able to survive more is good. I will say as you get better as Arachne, and learn just how much you can take before you need to ult out, try to get some more movement items in. Stone cutting and Masamune are 2 solid items on her, and you can get them over 2 tank items like Mantle of discord and magis. You will be less tanky but movement is also a very good skill on her. Learning to juke and jive around will allow you to get a but more damage so you can hurt a bit more late. Some tanky items is always needed on her, and void shield in the jungle is great for that, and thats why I like Masamune as well. A general gameplay tip I don't see many arachne players use is that you can solo the portal demon as soon as it spawns thanks to your spiders. If you throw a web down and attack it, then move the demon so your spiders body block, you can actually get a perfect range where you can still auto it but it cannot attack you. So while the spiders are there the demon just sits there, doing nothing, so you can do it even without more then 3 items as you will take little damage. Plus the enemy never expects this, so you can just tell your team to do gold or just keep themselves visible to the enemy so they do suspect anything. It doesn't even take too long maybe 10-15 seconds, 20 at max at 10 minutes into the game depending on how far your build is. Its a great way to keep your control of the jungle going. Another tip, if you do the webs at blue start, you can actually instead of going to back harpies then mid like most junglers, you can go red then gank duo. Finishing red will let you be level 2 as your spiders will finish blue as you finish red. This is great if you know your duo lane will get outpushed, and the enemy duo will try to steal the purple. you can then just walk up to them and kill one or both of them easily. My full lifesteal build for solo ganks works like a beautiful

I'd like to add a tip that might be valuable to other arachne players: If you build for shred (stone cutting sword + executioner), its best to use your 2 first in an engagement and *WAIT* until they are stunned by the 3rd basic, and then use your 1. That will maximize the burst of the initial hit, _and_ will make the subsequent DoT much more potent over 3s, since the shred will be at max. Combine that with a heartseeker proc (which is also strengthened by shred!) and you have yourself an actual 1-shot arachne build, and most targets _will_ die within that brief duration of the stun, unless they've build hefty prots.

Did you hit your 3? Yes, go in. No, back off. Don't get hasten, just get better at hitting webs. Like in the video, use Ult for an escape or to finish someone off. I web, then 2. After boxing and I wrap them up I hit 1 to heal the damage from that fight. One difference I would state is level order. Same start but max 1, 2, 3 then 4. That extra attack speed helps apply your stun. Can make quick work of someone.

@@smitecungsonthai1212 i haven't played in forever but i think it'd timed. For the next 3-6 second if you hit 3 times til cocoon them i think, check wiki to double check

One thing I like to do for early game pressure is place a web on the speed buff, and the entrance to both mana buffs before the game starts! By the time you clear speed, harpies, then blue buff, go to the enemy blue buff and web the enemy jungler and you might get first blood!

Winged Blade is very good against slows, including common uses of Curse as a relic to try and keep you out of the fight. It helps tremendously when you're trying to get on someone like Kuk or Freya, and allows you to basically walk through Ah Puch's main attack while he detonates it behind you.

Probably a bit obvious but a good counter and tip for arachne is to not fight in minion waves. Since her abilities are both stims and her 3 usually gets caught on minions, enemies can try to counter her by hiding in the minion waves so they will block her main source of damage and stun

Spider woman spider woman does whatever a spider woman can which is stun you and rip you apart with basic attacks and gets away with her ultimate

I always build her more AA style and I've had extreme success. My build with her is: Ninja Tabi, Hastened Katana, Stonecutting Sword, Executioner, Qin Sais if you're ahead, Magi's Cloak if they have a lot of cc to shut you down, or Mantle of Discord for general defense, and then finish it off with a Bloodforge. To state my credentials, I almost have my first star on her and I have well over 500 kills more than assists with a great KDA to boot. This is not to say this is the "be all end all" build for her, but it's fantastic to my play style. I've tried going the pen/power route on her and also a hybrid of both attack speed and pen/power, but this build is where I've had the most success. People have faulted my build saying you don't need Hastened Katana on her due to her webs and you don't need lifesteal on her due to her 1. That is entirely true. That being said, the Katana is for when you either miss your 3, or following up on other enemy gods after you kill the target of your 3. If you have hastned katana, you can stick to targets with or without your 3 so you're not limited to engaging only when you have it. The lifesteal is built for about the same reasons. The reason I go Bloodforge instead of Asi is because without her 2 active, you're almost at attack speed cap in the first place. Plus, the 10 pen with no power doesn't go as far as the 75 power and the shield you get for getting the killing blow.

For Arachne I have a completely different build which is powerful early game but useless late game, but with the build I get 10 or 15 kills!

How about planning red at enemy blue. The but will be done before the enemy jungler even gets there
