Hello doctor, usually how many shifts are present in a week and of what duration?

I just couldn’t stop smiling while watching this! Every time Dr. David Hindin said a pro, con, and what’s its like to be a trauma surgeon I was like “I WANT TO DO THAT”. The feeling you have when you know exactly what you wanna do in life is amazing. Thank you Kevin Jubbal! Your videos are very inspiring!

Trauma surgery was one of my favorite rotations in med school. In all specialty choices consider your lifestyle, call schedule, shifts vs normal work hours etc.

Please do oncology! I think it's an interesting topic and one that is not adequately covered by KZread, Internet or even most medical schools. Thank you so much for everything!

I respect the hell out of trauma surgeons. You have to be a jack of all trades, and to think quickly on your feet while the person you’re trying to help is nearly dead. Nothing can be more stressful... I couldn’t do that

This seems like the perfect field for me. I have been working in various ERs over the past 3 years and the fast pace and unpredictability is exactly what I love about emergency medicine but in this case it includes the surgical element which has always fascinated me. Appreciate the video Dr. Jubbal!

I’d love to see episodes about less known carrers within medicine (that still deal with patients, not administrative, even though would be a nice addition at some point), the careers that are often forgotten and med students don’t really know are an option

Great video Kevin! Have you considered doing a PhD vs MD? I don’t mean a MD/PhD combined but how very different the two degrees actually are (and how a double doc is very different from a straight-on PhD). Would raise some eyebrows perhaps. Keep up the good work
