1) What battle were you watching? Bluprint caught every beat from 0:29 to 0:43. 2) How can anyone judge this battle? Look how watered down it was due to all the camera changes and edits, so both dancers weren't seen at their best. 3) Both dancers can animate.

Sadly this show is more about the judges reaction than the actual dance...

Bluprint is my dude and I feel he did his thing in the battle round. I feel Soul did his thing too. Equally good. I was proud of them both. However, in this competition, like Glitch and Twitch learned, this competition is about your ability to adapt and excel in all the other dance genres and they have to pick up the choreography quickly. FOCUS!

Further more both can emulate the illusion of each dance style in their own way. judging can be used by paying attention to which styles require the illusion to be present and recognizing who emulates it better, in addition to whose character, creativity, and musicality is better, there is only one judge there that would know how to judge them. the other two wouldnt even know where to start.

Bluprint has become so great at all types of styles in a short period of time...and the way he uses them all together would blow the judges away..i dont understand why he is not killing them tuts..maybe savin for the last dance for his life i dont know.

Bluprint killed him... he's just a natural battler. The mans musicality is ridiculous.

blu is an animation type but he is an adapter to the type of music. besides all the judges only know of animation when it comes to this type of dance. if it were all of bluprint his tuts an let him run wild they would be much more shocked.

Totally different styles if you ask me they may both be animators but bluprints is more robotic animator - which is highly popular at the moment, whilst Jades is more floaty, i like Jades dance more though.... personal preference, both good though.

Ok, this was epic. It was way to short in my opinion. I'm glad they picked both to advance.

As true as that is, all of it depends on the dancer and each dancer is unique in their purpose for their style. Some dancers have an actual purpose for their movements and other's don't, so judging demands that the judge be attentive to each dancers unique style and pay particular attention to smaller nuances such as how much time and effort is put into each move. Blu is very creativity and expressive but Soul is much more illusive and musical. To me, they are equally good.

They both stayed in the competition because of the battle being a tie. So bluprint did not smoke jade and jade did not kill bluprint they both moved on.

Do not, by any means, call Jade trash. Go and watch videos of him and you will see that he has off the charts control over his body. He is a very well established battler himself and you can find him in a lot of videos.

I don't think there is a winner. Soul and Bluprint have two different styles. Soul's a very illusive dancer, basing his style on the purpose of producing an illusion, while Bluprint is more of a freestyle dancer, doing whatever he can to make an impact. To automatically say Bluprint won is like saying that apple automatically beat orange.

I totally agree that blu won this but ''a few crappy waves'' if you seen more of Jade you know hes specialty is doing less but perfect, he might just be doing an arm wave but you dont see a lot of people doing it with that much precision and detail. I think hes one of the best animators. People who know what animation is agree with me. Blu is great at animation but he does A LOT of other stuff.

To title someone as a "freestyle dancer" is basically saying that they improvise heavily in their dancing. It's no different than saying that a person is a "freestyle rapper". Really, I'm only calling him that out of lack of a better way to describe his style. Also, he is an Animator. Animation, like any other style, is like a canvas that you can paint using any other style. He isn't going to say that he's an Isolator/Botter/Tutter/Glider/Puppeteer/etc. when he can just simply say Animator.

I agree with you Bam i think its those stupid camera cuts , i always hated that shit everytime theres good dancers the camera always has to cut to the stupid judges .. like i know both jade and bluprint probably delivered thier best but with the thing with animation is that it looks sick only if the camera doesnt move around a lot i noticed that so many times even last time with boris ,andre and cyrus .. so its the camera not the dancers
