1. It would be cool if the USA, UK, EU invest and help Kazakhstan purchase oil tankers. It would be cool if the USA, UK, EU and China invest in the railway sector and in the Caspian ports of Kazakhstan. And they will help build a new railway from China to the Caspian Sea, according to the standards of Europe and China.
