I got that same message when I joined the game. I went on starboard discord appeals, told them the problem (the same one you have) they responded and I got access back to the game within a hour.

If you did nothing wrong the fix is to wait.

Its not dev fault Its a glitch by players they have sercet glitch that can kill the game Maybe ttoufiq did it Bc he is most glitcher wild qest youtuber
