It's pronounced "Veimar", in German we don't have an equivalent sound to the English "W", so a German "W" is always pronounced like a "V" if it's the first letter of a word

Ja I Kinda hate it slightly when people say a German word like weimar or Weiner schnitzel not hearing them say the v sound but the w sound is a slight pain

I feel like this is the comeback Alex. You're going to kill it.

One mistake in the mod straight ahead. The country Sarre (it Saarland in German) is missing. Was sliced off Germany after the first big kerfuffle and send under overview of the league of nations. Has an interesting story the little country, especially as France and Germany have been fighting over for centuries like Ellsas&Lothringen (Elsace Lorraine)

​@@SuperWiggler It was demilitarised right in the beginning, but since Alex declared war on Poland without taking the focus "Rhineland", it was automatically remilitarised, just like what happens in vanilla Hoi4.

I'm pretty sure the Saarland only became independent in 1920, and since this mod starts in 1919 not having it is historical.

This mod is definitely treating the interwar period as an afterthought. Might be interesting to actually code a proper one which just starts in 1919 straight up, no AH until then.

@@ProbsNotLiam I was told that depending on the way a name/word in used in German depends on whether it is Low or High German, but some names are Pronounced in "Imperial German" coming from the Holly Roman Empire through to The German Empire.

I will say I love this game so much but I am very bad at it. So bad that I rarely find the patience to play without using cheats. Yesterday I used a great guide and had a very successful domination with Germany with no cheats used. Very satisfying. Proud of myself lol.
