I love how if you hit a waddle dee in the town, it plays dead until eventually getting up. If there's two waddle dees and one gets hit, when one gets up the other one looks like it giggles or something, it's great.

My interpretation of the waddle-dee quests is that their hostage demands since before they're completed the icon is them in cages. "What are your demands!" "Make five tulips bloom." "What" *"DID I STUTTER"*

My step-grandma actually pre-ordered the game for me for Christmas, back when there wasn’t even a release date announced! It should arrive at our house today when the mail comes in, or if not sometimes in the next few days. I’ll edit this with an update once I get the game in the mail, I’m at my mother’s work rn and we’re about to head home. I’m checking the mail as soon as we get home and then I’ll open the mail and see if I get the game.

Watch some of Failboat's Mario Maker videos and you will see that Grandmothers can be absolutely brutal around Christmas time.

As someone who watches the streams first, it’s uncanny how he changes his commentary in editing… I’m just like “that wasn’t what he said???? Am I going insane????”
