So Painful to Watch 8 Minutes For 205 Tons of Load Awesome Machines Working at Another Level

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Hello everyone, in today's video, you will see the Komatsu PC4000 excavator loading the XCMG mining truck with copper ore. Do you think 8 minutes is too much for 205 tons of material? Please write your opinion in the comments. In my opinion, the excavator loads too slowly.

Looking like they are due another blast as he's almost out of material. Most of the problem is a lack of loose material. That's why he ends up picking at the face when the loading's complete.

Something seems very wrong most buckets were not filled to capacity and very jerky controls for half scoops

I appreciate the more experienced ppl here giving insight into what's likely going on rather than just jumping on the operator. It could very well be a new guy just learning. Everyone has to start somewhere.

What we see is something that sometimes occurs in every operation. He is digging out the last remains of a shot. That’s difficult to dig and not efficient. But is has to be done. And yes the truck is to big for the PC4000, but I think there will be a reason for it.

There was a decent crack in the bench you were filming from.!Yeah… machine was struggling but I thought the operator was smooth. It’s good to watch any big machines working. 🙂👍

Yes, I noticed the crack, it was risky to take a video from that position. Thanks for the comment bro.

That was 5 minutes for 235 tons. Still terrible numbers, but better than you are claiming.

@@HeavyMiningEquipment No, the loading started at 1:26 and finished at 6:25. That's 4:59, not six and a half. If you look at the scoreboard at 6:44, you will see it says 235 or 236 tons. Load time is from the start of the first bucket, until the end of the last bucket.

Of course experienced face shovel operators are just 10 a penny, you can find them on every street corner. I have travelled to a lot of countries and places and never met one!
