I am so glad I watched the double rewards vid. I went for it and got it pretty quick and I'm so happy with it. Now I got building left and maybe the last exp. Are there any other things that give 100 percent when maxed like the war zone skills?

Not in the same sense I don't think, but all the evos stack nicely with percentages

actually it is not combat speed but skill damage

There are still alot of pretty active players , they have been doing nonstop events for months !
