I have made my peace with ColourPop's matte-with-sparkles shades. If you pat them on, you can keep the little pinpoint sparkles. It just gives you a different option. Plus the formula seems improved in their newer palettes (or maybe it just performs better when it's hot out of the warehouse, who knows)

I am actually glad that blushes aren’t just matte anymore. When that was the trend and everyone was poo pooing blushes with even a sheen I felt all alone. No body honored my feelings.

This is the first time in seemingly ✨️FOREVER✨️ that I DON'T feel completely underwhelmed by a Colourpop release. Those blushes are pretty fucking beautiful, just like our Garbage Queen 🖤 Edited to fix the emoji explosion that accidentally occurred when I fumbled hitting "send."

As someone whose favourite eyeshadow colour is red, this was an immediate buy for me lol 😆 My mum also wanted some supershocks, so it worked out well. Also, a tad older than you, and my name is *not* Samantha, but yes, I use glitter, little jewels, stamps, water activated eyeliners, etc etc 😊

I’m actually interested in this collection just because I have found it super hard to find good reds. It’s not an everyday thing, but some days I just want to look evil and the red helps lol

You have to wear what makes you happy and comfortable of course, but I’m also here to tell you that holy crap you look fantastic with a bright red lip! ❤️

it also works really well to use the foundation brush or sponge you used to tone down blush or contour or whatever you need

I will say this release has intrigued me more than anything they put out recently. I think if anything I want to try the blushes/highlighters, and after watching your review, maybe the lip products 🤔 I’m a basic bitch when it comes to lip color though, so I’d probably pick up just the one.

I did pick up the palette , 3 heart blushes, 3 heart highlighters, and 2 of the glowing lips. Have I received them yet since I did order on launch day hell to the no but we love that colourpop shipping don’t we lol! I absolutely have been loving your new way of reviewing makeup where you talk about it as your applying it to your face and then giving your overall thoughts at the end! I'm so glad you addressed the closure on the heart compacts. I have one and it is ridiculously hard to open. I think I put it in my declutter box because of how hard it was to open.

This collection is cute. I might pick up a highlighter. I'm allergic to the carmine in some of the reds, so this palette is a no-go for me.

I love the eyeshadow too, but I’m still thinking about the new Nomad palette, and the “love” side seems close to this. (I’m just not convinced about the “death” side of the palette.)

Love the red & pink frosty looks on you. Definitely different than the grungey swamp monster looks you prefer but really nice looking.

Super tempted by that pinky-lavender blush, but just got a CP order (with your code!) so not in my current budget for another order. The Miss Piggy Glowing Lip is my favourite pink of all time - very similar to these Babs shades.

Elf has a 4$ lip scrub that shits on everyone, and it's in that lipstick component. The coffee flavored one is my OG! You should try it

I have the black stamps and they stain unless I use a primer under it. It washes right off.

The kind of people I knew who used LSD weren't really into stamping red hearts all over their faces. Although, I personally would've TOTALLY been into stamping hearts on their faces while they were high. I once convinced a friend that the snail on his face wasn't real. Good times, good times. I just realised that I may have been an complete arsehole.

E.l.f makes a lip scrub in a lipstick bullet form, and they're only $3 or $4 dollars. My favorite is the original brown sugar, but the mint & cherry flavors are ok too.
