Keep in mind this isn't _her_ Joker, so there's no real 'connection'. Also, remember that SS Harley 'moved on' from Joker in the time between AK and SS.

@@abeaconintheoffice All of that is lazy as hell. Harley spent AC crying for Joker, and all of AK mourning him, now she's just happy go lucky with a completely different personality. They could've used this new Joker to add some deeper ideas and give her closure, but no, they don't even interact. It's sad because Rocksteady's writing used to be awesome

You either need to match Mark's energy or go into a different direction that is still Joker-esqe. Also, you need the signature unhinged laugh. The movie Joker got this right, and made the reason for it VERY disturbing.

Yeah, well, Rocksteady might be dismissed for this, but honestly, good riddance. This is not the same Rocksteady we knew and loved, because the people who made the Arkham games have all pretty much moved elsewhere. And they've all been replaced by fresh recruits. It's the people who matter, not the company's name.

Agree with everything said in this video, but one thing: you can take some off the UI effects in the settings. I do think the devs should have taken all that unnecessary UI but just saying that you can take off the UI in the settings. Great video nonetheless.

I'll be honest, I don't mind the Joker's design. It's a unique look for him AND he's from a different dimension. The actor had a lot of fun, clearly. But these are the only positive things I can say.

Any one the buys this game now with all the available information out there deserve what they get. It’s not if, it’s when they shut down the severs. Hopefully they do something where the game can be played with these servers. When that or if happens they offer an offline mode, I’d consider it at like 20-25 for the campaign.

Saw KTJL was on sale for half off. Still didn’t bother buying it. If it’s already at 1/2, it’ll probably be free to play within a couple of years (if that even). I can wait. Don’t know it I’d even play if it was free.

Is this game really that bad? Gotham knights got a ton of hate aswell but i actually kind of enjoyed that game. I look at things different than most gamers though. I look at cost compared to hourly wage. So if the game is $60 and you get say $15-20 a hour then if you played the game for 3-4 hours and somewhat enjoyed it then it was worth what you spent.

I feel like playing the Arkham trilogy again now I understand why Arkham Knight peaked right after this game came out.

I swear I think they know this game is dying, and they only decided to charge $10 for Joker because they knew all the content creators would buy it. One last cash out before it dies off

Problem is these companies care more about the brand than the actual artists and writing talent that create the world's they want to sell to us so we end up with overworked and underpaid people rushing out a product just to push sales numbers rather than any persons passion project

Does this game have any UI customization options cause my god, they’ve outdone Ubisoft, I’m not usually too critical of Ubisoft UI anymore since a lot of it can be turned off but this is ridiculous😂

Sweet Baby Inc probably hated the fact that Harley loved and mourned Joker which is why in the base and the update she now resents the Joker as bitter ex.

To be fair this is Harley Queen for a decade now, at least in mainstream midia. On the HQ's depends from each writter and story as it happens with every character since ever.

That's not The Joker. Why do they do weird stuff like this? They know what we want and go out of their way to do something else.

I wouldn't play this game if it was free.

"Rock Steady is a mantle" and this iteration sucks worse than Leto's Joker. The real one said Arkham Knight was the conclusion of the Arkham Series. And it's not like I'm gatekeeping, "Rock Steady" did everything they can to ignore or disrespect every part of the Arkhamverse. There's a 102% chance they only say it's the same universe to annoy people.

to be fair if u dont think of it as an arkham game it really isn’t that bad. a lot of the hate is just people mad the game isn’t exactly how they want it to be.

I will not, in any conscious way, fund any of these companies. I love SBI for solidifying exactly what this ESG push looks like for the community as a whole. I love my culture and this gaming community that is only possible because of the success of that culture. I refuse to fund anything related to ESG. ESG just wants to destroy our culture.

i personally love the game its great addicting the traversal is dope the buildcrafting the characters etc all amazing i got 80+ hours and all achievements with joker unlocked and maxed out
