SO... Lemme say some things about these balance changes... I like them a lot, but I feel like there could've been some better or more fine tuned changes. Here goes nothing! Shelly: I love the concept of Shelly getting a speed boost, but 20% is far too much, as even a change to very fast movement speed was broken. Maybe 10% instead. Nita: Bear with Me is a criminally underrated star power, as you can combine it with her Faux Fur gadget to get some criminally insane control, and as you hit more shots... think of it like Jessie's Energize star power. Speaking of that, if Bear with Me was able to allow Nita to heal her bear with her main attacks, it would be so much better. IN ADDITION, I would also decrease the delay of Bear Paws gadget from 1.5 seconds to 0.75 seconds (50% buff). This would actually make her menacing, as she could then be able to really easily cycle supers like Jessie and Penny can. Colt: Nerf his reload speed. Colt already has the reload gear, but with the reload buff he got last year, he reloads shots as fast as Nita. I would also nerf Speedloader to give only 1 ammo instead of 2. However, I would buff his Star Powers by just a bit. For example, Magnum specials range and projectile speed increase from 11% - 15% and Slick Boots speed also increased from 11% - 15%. I would also increase the damage of Silver Bullet from 1440 to 2160. Barley: Barley needs a reload speed buff. I do not care how many times I have to say this. He is meant to control the field, but he can not do that properly if he barely reloads a shot before his first puddle disappears. I WOULD also change his star powers to the following: Fizzy Concoction: Barley's attacks poison enemies for 2 seconds after hit, dealing 10% of his damage for 2 seconds. Calming Tonic: Barley's super slows enemies inside of it. Poco: Started to become one of my favorite brawlers. I feel like his offensive kit is just fine how it is, but I feel like a certain build is missing a little bit of love. His Protective Tune star power should go from 4 to 5 seconds AND also prevent knockback, I feel that if they just simply add knockback prevention to his gadget, we could see some really great Poco plays. Da Capo's healing should also go up from 920 to 1040. In terms of base stats, I would increase his HP from 7400 - 8000. Bull: Stomper should be base kit with no slow. Hypercharge should only block 70% of damage. Damage nerf from 4400 to 4200. Dash speed increased by 11%. T-Bone injector heals 2500 HP. New second gadget would just allow him to stomp the ground for a 2 second slow. Next. Primo: I can not really think of much to buff or nerf him. If I WOULD say anything, make his meteor from the Asteroid Belt gadget drop 33% faster. That's about it. Rosa: Hear me out here; Rosa should get 50% knockback resistance when using her super. She is good, but her biggest issue is that there are way too many brawlers that just keep her away, so making it to where it would be harder to keep Rosa away would be pretty good. I would also buff the Plant Life star power to heal 4% of her max HP per second in bushes instead of a flatline 300. That's all for today folks. Those balances were good, except that poco doesn't need any buff. In fact, he's top 10 brawler i didn't say that. (Daddy Crying)
