Latinoamérica have a really goods players. You can see a the Best astralis 16-14 with Sharks in 2020. they have 3 brazilians and two argentinians in the teammeate. but actually the russians have a very good level un cs2 with spirit for the example

luken, and dav1deus is a good example of what there is in this region but being far from the best level in Europe they cannot be measured, although when they faced each other in FPL or LAN competitions they did not drop below 25 kills per game.
