I think the outlaw will be a normal sniper which deals 125 damage so it one taps small shield

Honestly, judge could be the play if you’re playing Reyna. Pop ult and you have better shotgun with dismiss and heal after every kill. Might have been better than relying on aim for the lower ranks.

Deadlock ? throw wall so that the they stop swarming . Throw the ult to catch them ? and then you can spam deadlock ult on them so all of them get trapped.
