They wouldn't have said "It didn't turn out well" because they wanted to say that it did turn out well. So "It turned out well" and then "didn't it" is just like confirming that yes, it definitely did turn out well. Not sure how to better explain "didn't it" but that's basically what we use it for, to confirm the previous statement. Hope that's helpful even though it's over a year late!

You drove into the only honest third party that exists on the road :) Lucky for you. I'm being "that guy" but you'll probably find that when you get an insurance quote you are asked if you have had "any accidents OR claims in the last 5 years", or "any accidents, whether it resulted a claim or not". There is a reasonable chance someone who works for your insurers would know about this video. Hopefully not.

OMG... My boyfriend just sent this to me. WE ARE YOUR ARCH NEMESIS! We were sat in the white Tesla watching the whole thing happen. Running commentary whilst watching you crunch into that guys car. Not gonna lie, it was an entertaining watch. 10/10, 5 stars would watch again. 😂

What a guy to crash into, respectful and understanding. On top of that he was probably really thrilled that whoever hit him didn't just run off and leave him to foot the bill! Me on the other hand, my nice new car within a month had door marks in it where someone obviously doesn't care or respect others property and had no decency to even leave an apology note. I'm never buying a new car again, people are just rude unlike in this rare instance -_-

@Tribe of the Iron Flame no In the US it would be in no way the black Tesla’s fault, no matter where it is, if it’s in park and you hit it, it’s your fault. Sure the black Tesla can get a parking ticket, but that’s unrelated to the “crash”. If you run into any car that is parked it’s 100% your fault.

Old video but advice for the future: don't admit liability. Your insurance company can refuse to settle any claim if you admit fault. Simply swap insurance details. Also, newer policies can cancel your cover if you don't inform them (no matter if you make a claim).

This is actually quite useful as I've got a Model 3 LR on the way, and now know to avoid 2-station superchargers and be careful with the fwd/rev selector!
