"Guide to Nct 2023" cause NCT has had many changes up until now

NCT is a 26 member boy group as of 2023. They are divided into 5 fixed subunits which are NCT 127, NCT DREAM , WAYV and thier newest subunit who are yet to debut NCT new team , 1 special unit DOJAEJUNG which are basically a unit comprising of 3 127 members doyoung , jaehyun and jungwoo and 1 rotational unit called NCT U. They normally promote and perform with their respective fixed units but every 1 or 2 years they have a full group album release with all the members and they release songs under NCT U unit. So the members from the fixed units who fits the concept of the song forms a team and performs together for a specific song . NCT U is not a fixed group. They debuted in 2016 with their first sub unit NCT U their debut single was 7th sense and without u then on the same year NCT 127 and NCT DREAM debuted with firetruck and chewing gum respectively and on 2019 their china based subunit called WAYV debuted with their single album the vision. NCT is known to have a very versatile and experimental music with exceptionally beautiful vocals, amazing rap and powerful performance. They are a very talented group i hope you will react to more of their songs thank you 💚

This MV is so emotional, it shows the members journey with clips going back to their training days, Johnny and Ten getting to korean in the airport, membres crying when holding a concert in their home town for the first time (Osaka, Chicago, ...)

i think it says "from home, to home" because a lot of nct members are actually from a different country with different ethnicities and they all went to Korea to pursue their dream of becoming an artist. and staying there for a long time with the members, they kinda found a different home where they belong and treated them like a family, which is like nct.

the live stage is a MUST WATCH

NCT as a whole is the most versatile group there is, you should definitely react to a guide for them to understand better!

NCT U, U stands for United. meaning from the whole 20ish members of NCT (NCT127, NCT Dream and WayV), the producer will pick the best voices and styles that suit a particular song. So some 127, some Dream and some WayV members will get pick to be "United" as NCT U and sing the song. If the song is rap heavy, then mostly will be rap members. Likewise, if the song is ballad, obviously main or lead vocalists from 127+Dream+WayV will be selected. NCT, the most unique and interesting concept in Kpop to ever exist. Plus the advantage is, like this song lyrics... it has 4 languages ! 🤣🤣Thanks for taking interest in them. 💚💚

Whenever I watch people reacting to their 2020's stuff, the nostalgia hits me so hard. I miss all my 23 members but I'm so happy I got to at least experience NCT 2020 before things went down (for me).

Witnessing all the toxicity unfolding in the fandom is such a bitter pill I had to swallow for 2 years since Lucas's situation took place. Then, I thought I had no strength anymore to remain as fan after he left, followed by Sungtaro. But they gave me such unforgettable memories and happiness, and for that I am so happy.

It’s so bittersweet seeing the three former NCT members here. I wish Lucas can come back soon, and Shotaro and Sungchan achieve more successes with RIIZE. You’re correct about the nostalgia to fans who’ve followed them since pre-debut. They were just babies when I first got to know them in 2014, 2 years prior to debut. The present maknae Jisung especially literally grew up in front of our eyes.

NCT has a unique system it might seem complicated, but it really is not: so u can see it as 4 groups each with its own sound and color under the same name So that you will not get overwhelmed try to discover each unti at a time, just let NCT U the last... NCT 127 (edgy experimental music often described as noise music yet their b-sides are not experimental and can be very surprising) NCT Dream (youthful music better be discovered in order to see their evolution they literally started as babies youngest been 14 and oldest been 17) wayV (i d describe their sound as dramatic not in a bad way very instrumental heavenly voices, call it the sexy unit, mandarin and English are the main languages in their songs, my favorite unit too bad they are underrated😢) NCT DJJ (a 3 members unit they r the vocalists from 127 and man!!! their music is sensual 😅) NCT new team (still to be discovered, it will be the last unit to be added to NCT will be debuting early 2024, they have one predebut song "hands up" ) NCT U (stands for NCT United were members from different units come together for a song depending on who would fit the concept of that song)

NCT 2020 was probably one of the best era of NCT. It was hard but it was fun at the same time. I still remember crying when they announced it. They’re the one who really got me through the pandemic. I love them so much. Looking back to those times makes me cry hahaha

U forget to add NCT DJJ

Nct has three (with an upcoming fourth) fixed units; NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV. NCT U is a unit in which they pick whatever members fit the song and concept best and they promote the song. They also have a special unit DoJaeJung which is three of the 127 members. Almost half of the NCT members are foreign so From Home is like a love letter to them which is why the song is in four different languages and the original MV had an interlude where the members spoke in their first/most used language growing up.

This video was a special mv at the end of the Resonance era in 2020 and there are 23 members in the video. And yes, once you know all the members, it's incredibly emotional. Three of the members have left (2 joined a new non-NCT group under the same label, and 1 is going to be a soloist)... SM Entertainment recently announced the end of the limitless expansion concept of NCT and that the long awaited Japanese unit set to debut will be the last new team to be added. Once they debut, then NCT will be at 26 members. There are 3 main *FIXED* member units *(127, Dream & WayV)* and one *NON-FIXED* member unit *(NCT U).* NCT U is a sorta mix-n-match unit where any number and/or combination of the overall members can be on a track, just depending on who happens to fit that particular concept best. Could be 2 members on one song and 9 on the next... we never know who it'll be until it drops. We typically only see this unit during special all-member album eras or the occasional one-off project. This year a new fixed sub-unit also debuted, called *NCT DJJ* (aka NCT DoJaeJung), featuring three of the 127 members (Doyoung, Jaehyun & Jungwoo). The new Japanese unit is currently working on pre-debut activities and will hopefully debut early in 2024. while I love the music video soooo much I think the performance video of this song in particular was the best version there is. I highly recommend watching the original version of the song with the music video I believe it has subtitles then watching the live performance of the rearranged version as the live version has all the foreign members join the stage and sing as well. because NCT can be very overwhelming for a lot of people I would suggest taking on one unit at a time. NCT= all members who debut as NCT members perform/sing one song together NCT 127= first established unit with technically 10 members (1 member is busy with Wayv) -NCT (DJJ) DOJAEJUNG= 3 members all part of 127 debut this year NCT DREAM= was on a graduation system that has been removed since 2020 younger members 7 members WAYV= NCT Chinese unit their primary target audience is Chinese fans but I'm not Chinese and the choke hold they have on me is insane 7 members originally down to 6 NCT U= a rotational group with no set number of members can be anyone from 127, Dream, or Wayv, and in the future I assume we will get NCT NEW TEAM joining NCT U as well NCTNEWTEAM= NCT Tokyo 6 members originally 7 one left, not officially debut yet, targeted audience Japanese fans Sungchan and Shotaro from the new boy group RIIZE were also part of NCT for 3 years and left (were removed in my opinion) to form RIIZe with the other 5 members in RIIZE
