RECIPE:
Cucumber - 1.5 kg.
Carrot - 700 g.
Tomatoes (green) - 1.5 kg.
Garlic - 2 heads
Cauliflower - 1 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1 kg.
Hot peppers.
Corn - 3 pcs.
Horseradish leaves
Dill seeds.
Coriander seeds.
Black pepper.
Bay leaf.
Salt (coarse) - for each jar, 2 tsp.
Sugar - for each jar, 2 tsp.
Vinegar (70%) - 1 tsp for each jar
Boiling water.

✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
In hot climates, most houses (in the ground) have cool basements underneath. We keep it there.

En mi pais las mujeres también hacían sus conservas para el invierno pero esa costumbre se ha ido perdiendo a medida que la industria ganaba terreno y las mujeres trabajaban fuera de casa. Ya no tenían tiempo y querían el trabajo fácil. Ahora los precios son elevados y las conservas muchas veces malas. Ese tipo de envasadora no se ve en las tiendas, aquí siguen con el envasado al vacío, que sirve para pocas cosas, o el congelado, con el que dependes de un aparato eléctrico grande y de consumo alto. Buscaré botes con tapa de cierre nuevos porque una vez usados, por lo general, la tapa ya quedó deformada y no se asegura el cierre total. Gracias de nuevo por todo
