31:07 21.29 was -TWICE, ONCE. And how TWICE is 9 members -the time they finished the song Jihyo added it’s 21.29 bc it was Philippines time. So they finished it in the Philippines, During Twicelights, that's the why 21.29 is a song for us

Sadly as I said at the end of the get loud lyric video I was a bit overwhelmed with that specific video layout and I noticed the high note when I listened to the song again off camera! It’s so good and Jeongyeon’s voice is insane, I am always complementing her vocals because she is one of my fav female vocalist 🥺❤️

that's correct, they finished the song at 21:29 PH time during their TWICELIGHTS concert in Manila.. they also said that the message of the song is their response to all of the letters they have received from ONCEs and that the parts the members have sang are the parts in which the members wrote themselves.. 🥰
