The CC set would work really well in Tartosa - that way you could customise the world without literal bears roaming around and people rushing to the loo 😂

The more I see the amazing build/buy, CAS, and now worlds that modders and creaters make, often for FREE or very affordably, the more it frustrates me that EA uses those things to fill packs instead of actual new gameplay.

There used to be a retired modder who made custom worlds like brookeheights and farmland. Both of which were “semi-open world” but I don’t think it works with the latest version of the game. Just the trailer for those two were amazing and even looked official.

@@mooncxi The only equivalent I can find to Arnie is an occult modder called SpinningPlumbob cuz damn his occult mods are crazy. I love other modders as well and their mods are amazing too, but none of their mods are as realistic and official-looking as the new open worlds and occult mods.

@@mooncxi Yes. He also created fairies and witches, as well as werewolves before the official werewolf pack was actually even released. He expanded mermaids in incredible ways by adding sea witches, kelpies, and new powers for mermaids, as well as child mermaids. I remember before Island Living was released he made his own mermaid mod that had some cool-a** animations, but it's unfortunately broken today.

I’d actually love a sims pack that is more like the Mediterranean. Has nice resorts. Maybe you could make olive oil, pasta from scratch etc. I’d prefer that over horses

yeah but as separate saves, I'm not a fan of the custom worlds for sims 4 because no matter how cool they try to make them something always breaks the immersion cause they placed so many limits on this game. It's so annoying that they couldn't include a completely 100% blank world (with no backdrop or set dressing objects or plants) with nothing so that with the tool mod you can make what you want at least

I got really excited at first: "Sims 4, Breeze of Greece" in the thumbnail (doesn't read the title at first). Thought it was a new pack lol. Main reason I love the Wedding Pack is Tartosa. I just treat it like coastal Croatia, but this looks amazing.

We really could use more holiday worlds..Australian or Jamaican inspired. Would the idea of a cruise ship just be unthinkable for them to manage...yes...how about a porch swing.

3:11 i live in south east US and theres lots of little beach areas like this around lakes and rivers. normally just enough beach to put a couple of chairs on and its more like dirt-sand than beachy sand.

I love granite falls as it is LOL. I agree for the Tartosa, and it's a great space for weddings as well---her trout lips....LOL.

back when outdoor retreat was new they did a tropical custom world in the exact same way, so this method of making a custom world is probably close to 10 years old lmao... but what about the guy who made a custom sims 3 style open world for ts4? that was cray

you need to get the program from modthesims4, that finds those items that dont play right like the outfit the townie was wearing. i find it because they made an outfit with something you dont have, and didnt tell anyone what EP you needed. not everything is base game compatible if you dont have the EP it came from.

I never tried to add those custom worlds but I do love the CC pack Sixam did for this. I feel like it would look nice in Tartosa, but you could just replace the existing builds with the "Simtorini" ones I guess. Thanks for the review, but I'll stick to the CC build/buy only lmao, I don't trust myself with complex mods.

2:11 I have been thinking about the same thing for a long time. I just simply miss the Sims 2 Bon Voyage styled holiday destinations where you can acutally go on vacation/stay in a hotel. There is no doubt that Sims 3 world adventures worlds (Champs les Sims and etc.) are visually appealing, but the "quest" themed gameplay simply gets boring after you accomplish each of them. Sims 4 "kinda" brought back a part of Sims 2 Bon Voyage, but still Sims 2 is far better at this. (and from many other aspects as well) Anyway, I love your vids. 😄

In TS2 we could make our own neighborhoods by creating them in SimCity 4 first and then adding to game files, without having to replace anything. The Sims 4 could never 😂

Meh honestly EA should just do better and make new different worlds we've never had before. Instead of suburban, woodland, city, and random European worlds that are supposed to be France, Germany or Spain. I'd like a Mykonos world. Maybe Dubai. New Orleans with all the bars and clubs and festival party vibes. Instead of South American jungle maybe an African jungle this time, safari themed. There are so many new ideas.
