Here's a quick recipe for making the best Chicken Lollipop with Cheetos Takis:
Ingredients:
Chicken drumettes
Cheetos or Takis (your preference)
All-purpose flour
Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Crush the Cheetos or Takis into fine crumbs. You can do this by putting them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or by pulsing them in a food processor.
Prepare a dredging station with three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with the crushed Cheetos or Takis crumbs.
Assembly:
Take each chicken drumette and carefully push the meat down towards the bottom to form a "lollipop" shape.
