Why would Kim need to take the bus anyways? It was a running gag in the show that she had helped out so many people that there were zillions within a convenient radius of any location who were willing to repay the favor and give her a ride. Feels like a missed opportunity to throwback to that.

Yeah! The scene would probably been better if they had her miss the bus due to saving the baby (if they really wanted to include that scene), and then she calls in a favor from someone who gives her a lift problem solved, lol. It'd be a subtle callback to that and also set up how many people are grateful to her because she's saved so many. The writers forgot about Show Don't Tell in this movie 😕

I think the bus driver was just TRYING to close the door before she got to the bus because they all look so done with her.

While I felt a bit iffy about the plot, which was kind of weak in my opinion, I genuinely liked the idea of Alice returning to Wonderland and finding out that it has completely changed since she last visited it. I like how they took the source material and made an interesting continuation of the original story. I also genuinely love the art direction in that movie, very atmospheric! I'm also a pretty big fan of American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns, which is a game with the same premise, but it's executed quite differently

Just adding on bc I’m annoying: Reboots are generally okay, because I think it’s a way to showcase development of technology and animation, and it sometimes adds more to the original story, ya know? But that being said, reboots shouldn’t be the main thing Disney should be focusing on, ESPECIALLY if they’re making shitty reboots like Kim possible. They should treat reboots as side projects. Disney should be using their funds to innovate. And if they can’t think of anything new, maybe they should hire different people with fresh ideas. There’s plenty of talented individuals out there who push boundaries and create extraordinary things. I just think Disney is afraid that if they create something original it would turn out to be a total flop.

I loved Kim Possible, but this shitshow made me so sad. I came back to your vid years later and it still makes me angry that they did this to one of my favourtie childhood shows. Also a major point of Kim Possible is that she hides that fact that she is a secret agent. Not running down her neighbourhood with a grapple gun

Let’s not remember, for whatever reason they TOOK OUT CHEERLEADING and /replaced/ it with SOCCER No! She was a cheerleader which was why she was so good as her spy moves, or helped. (I believe, it’s been a while since I’ve seen it, but she was a cheerleader.)

NPC Trailer Switch, Celebrity NPC sorry, i’m not sure we’re on the same page or were exposed to the same information? i’ve always seen an overpush of PC culture being “girls are capable of everything,” almost to a toxic extent. it’s the entire idea of instead of choosing brains or beauty, it’s both (rather than letting the girl choose the actual pathway they want). i think what you’re talking about just trying to masculate KP, not be PC. it’s more in line with toxic masculinity (the idea that toughness means traditional athleticism, etc.)

@@loveeemee4ever He is right tho. As bullshit as it is, this type of people complain everytime a girl likes something traditionally girly. They complain when girls care about their looks, when they are not interested in traditionally men stuff like soccer or when women choose to be housewives instead of focusing on a career. Look at many "strong women" in movies and books that are basically just a dude in a girl's body, when in reality we all grow up to like things from both sides and it's natural and not a sign of weakness for girls to like stuff like pink, cheerleading, make up etc.

So during middle school or highschool we had a bus driver that would close the door if you weren't on the bus by a certain time. There was legit a time when kids were running to the bus that was waiting in line and she closed the door on them in their face and tap her watch as if to say "it's 3 o'clock your late too bad" That shit didn't last long. The next day an administrator from the school was there as we got on the bus and she made sure we wouldn't leave until every kid is on the bus/no one was running up. LOL She was scolded by the administrator in front of the bus full of kids saying she couldn't leave when there were obviously children running to get on

There was even an episode in the old show that had a producer trying to make a Kim Possible movie, which didn't work out. Why did they think a real one would work?

As someone that grew up in Scandinavia and didn't know any english, or had nickelodeon/Disney channel, i don't know over half the animated series that are often mentioned in these kinds of videos😭

You can only use the grappling hook horizontally if you press the L2 during a dodge roll, otherwise it fires up at too high an angle to be useful there. You'd think they'd let you manually aim it but I guess the controls were too much of a mess already.
