Hi Mark, currently we only stock the SJ9 and SJ12.

You mention the military people wear it as an inner jacket. But is it recommended/possible to wear it as an outer jacket as well regarding wear and tear. Does it handle that well?

Has this SJ12 jacket effectively replaced the Sasquatch model? Also, what is the fit like compared to the Sasquatch? Looks maybe a little tighter around the forearms? I have the Sasquatch in size L and find it a bit too big, even though I generally take an XL or XXL in other brands.

Hi. Yes, the SJ range is a new addition to Snugpak's products. I don't know if the SJ12 has replaced the Sasquatch as the SJ12 has a higher insulation rating. The fit of the SJ range is more tailored in size and not as large as the Sasquatch. So I would be more tempted to select your normal size.

Does the jacket come with bag to place the coat in for packing purposes? I had one a few years back and the jacket came with a bag. Was lucky enough a co worker bought it but it didnt fit him and he was kind enough to give me a good discount.

@@SidneyTurnerOfficial I have had 3 elite vests and I have a torrent all in medium. But on the videos the sj9 and 12 look massive. Do they come up big?

Yes, generally I think they do. But as always, if you can try one on just to confirm as it's difficult to give individual sizing advice.
