Dedy Sugianto there are parts when their singing and the backtrack don't sync because sound needs time to travel from the speakers to the singers, esp. in such big space. If they wear earpieces, they hear the sound directly from the system, at the same time the speakers project them so they're in-sync with the backtrack.

Lmao. True. Some onces claim that JYP doesn't and never prioritize vocals, but little did they know JYP's 1st and 2nd gen idols were all vocally good. Everyone back then is great; just like 2pm, WG, Miss A they aren't just being stable but all can sing really well. JYP also had G.O.D. they are literally vocal gods. And also, there was Rain. (He was with JYP before moving to another agency.) Onces should not make those kind of excuses because jyp's past idol-groups would only invalidate those. I've been following SM, YG, and JYP for more than a decade now, and I must say, when it comes to vocals you can only trust SM and YG. JYP isn't just on yg and sm's tier when it comes to vocal training but his 1st and 2nd gen idol-groups is just something. Idk, what happened to JYP's standards today.

Wow, this brings a bit of insight to how important the earpiece is. They're like a full beat out of sync sometimes. When they sync up they must be singing a beat early than what they hear. That must be really hard.

SM artists, in general, used to sing while running on treadmills especially during their trainee days. As a former member of an ensemble, I can affirm, it's a good vocal exercise for vocal resistance. It improves stability:---)
