Snowy Winter Dealership Cold Starts, Tours, and Updates December 2010 Part 2 of 2
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
By popular demand I'm bringing back a round of dealership start ups and updates! This one features, for the first time, snowy winter start ups. I was able to film just as we began to get a heavy snowstorm in our area so you will see it snowing constantly haha. We've gotten a lot of new things in lately and a lot of new trade ins that I've been busy working on this week. This is part 2 of the 2 part series so be sure to check them both out! I trust you all will enjoy as did I being able to film it in the snow haha.

2010, not the best of times but certainly better times. How I miss yesterday.

I have to agree. I've never thought I'd say this, but 2010 certainly was a better time to be alive. Hell, the early 2010's in general were better than today. Specifically 2010 to 2013. The economy was better (even tho this was right after the 2008 financial crisis). Social media wasn't as destructive as it is today. Life overall was much more chill and relaxed. Politics hadn't completely taken over peoples lives. People were less fearful and neurotic. I miss how laid back and sane life was back then. There was no Covid hysteria, no race politics, no social media influencers, we had a better economy and the future looked promising.

@@anangrywhiteguy4689yes absolutely 💯
The F-350 sounds awesome! Gotta love the sound of that Powerstroke turbo diesel V8.
We actually have the 2004 Pacifica, and surprisingly, they didn't have different trims for 2004. Most 2004's were fully loaded, which is why we have a nav system reflected from the top of the dash onto the speedo, a 6 CD/DVD in-dash changer, a third row seat, memory seats, heated seats (1st & 2nd rows), leather, etc...
Every time I think of the Chrysler Pacifica, it always reminds me of the current gen, which is the minivan. Some people probably don’t know before that the Pacifica was a SUV in the good old 2000’s.

My dad has a 2010 fully speced Mitsubishi Lancer evolution with all the add-owns. He has owned the car since new and has not had a single problem with it!

Alex Murdie my matchbox lancer turned out great
That knock on the grand prix isn't a knock and it isn't bad. It's called piston slap and it's characteristic to many GM V6's like the 3100, 3400, and 3800 V6. The piston's are aluminum so they expand when they warm up and the excess clearance is filled in so the slap goes away. Some say using synthetic 5W-30 helps quiet the noise while cold.

That Start up of that 04 GMC Yukon should be in the Hummer H2 2003 but it starts good
That Last Truck is a VERY Familiar Sight to me, my sister has a 2000 Sport Model. I've logged a LOT of Seat time in hers.
This is 2010 and the camera he is using is really good
I love these videos, you run the cars through quick, quick, quick it gets alot into one video. I like it!
Love the 98 Dodge Durango
for some advise on that ford diesel. you should get a block heater on that thing because in the winter when it's really cold diesels don't tend to start
Yes, those GM 3.8 liter engines were bulletproof, except when they come supercharged and catch on fire. Lol.
Nice, I like the Pacifica. Better than the newer Pacifica minivan. Decently luxurious cabin for a car that came out in 2003/2004.
Loving that F-350!
Saabkyle: leaves door open when starting cars Me: the cars are going to get snow in them! R.I.P Cars! Lol!
The F350 started great!
I can’t believe this was 13 years ago. I always love to go back in time see how he was back then.
@saabkyle04 my dad's Villager minivan used to not be used a lot before we got it, so there it sat, used three times a week. It went through rainstorms and winters, not a single spec of rust. That's why I love the south! :D
I like the chime on the Mitsubishi
I like this, Making video is alot better than pictures if your buying a car, Nice to see it in video
You have a pretty good job. Starting up cars

My dads chrysler 300 was a little bit good for me :/ but no. No head space when I stand up
1998 dodge durango looks perfect
love that 3.8! Nice vids Kyle
haha, the snow is paralyzing us here in the northeast. your hands must be freezing when you're moving the snow around on those cars lol
Normally I'd agree, I was a Ford fan, until I had to drive Super Dutys in Ontario as part of my job. Now it's Duramax all the way!
damn, that lancer sounded like a diesel when you opened up the hood lol
Keep up the good work as always Kyle!
i have a 2000 GP with over 100k miles, with the same 3.8 V6 and it runs great as u said just maintain it and it will run for ever i really like these cold start vids
The Pontiac is in marvolous condition!!! Most people throw money away on a perfecty good car just because of the lack of knowledge of how to properly restore it to the original state!!! Gotta love GMs reliable engines and trasmissions!!!!!
I love the Pacifica's horn.
Vehicles Started up 2006 Chrysler Pacifica 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 2002 Dodge Caravan 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe (Kyle's car) 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer 2004 GMC Yukon 2005 Ford F-350 Super Duty 2002 Mitsubishi Montero 1998 Dodge Durango
Yep my friend has a 94 Chevy with 353k on it and the only problem he had with it was the air conditioning.
Your car is really nice and the exhaust sounds beautiful
96,000 miles on that Yukon is nothing, My brother has one with over 380,000 miles on it. It's Rusty but it been very trusty
@98morgs Here in the U.S. that is known as the Infiniti QX56, at least the new redesigned ones are since they changed the platform in 2010.
Nice cars especially the Lancer and the F-350 BTW nice weather :DD
That is a lot of dealership cars, I’m a big fan of BMW, Lexus, Audi, Ford, Volvo, Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep, Toyota, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Mazda, GMC, Nissan, Jaguar, Infiniti, Buick, Subaru, Volkswagen, Maserati, Chrysler, Lincoln, Pontiac, Honda, Acura, Cadillac, and Kia cars.
My mom still has a 2002 Dodge grand caravan, and its an amazing van, and its basically brand new! :O
@Motorfordtoyota 1998-1999 Durango's are usually very reliable. The 5.2 and 5.9 V-8's go forever. The 4.7 V-8 that came out in 2000 is terrible though.
My fav is the 2004 gmc yukon. Gmc chevrolet and escalades are the best
@wranglersnmt Never heard of a single issue with the 4.7. A lot of horror stories of any car come from people that rag them and don't maintain them and then get mad when they fail.
Please get a test drive of the f350 dually!!!:)
I also like the 2004 youkon and the caprice and also the 2007 ranger
my favorite is the f350 by far i love the sound of a powerstroke turbo diesel

I like diesels in general. I've ridden on school buses with diesel engines and I loved the sound of the turbos!
I had a hard time with that one. Just from personal experience I put GM before Ford. I currently have a 2012 Toyota Sienna and a 2010 Buick Enclave. You can't go wrong with Toyota or Buick. They're bulletproof. I have a friend with over 300,000 miles on her Buick.
The Impala in Canada, was also called the Pontiac Parisienne, and didn't have Pontiac's famed wide track suspension.
By far are the 2000-2007 Ford F-350s the best truck ever made. I love driving my dads

We have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Signature Series and it makes the base model look like nothing.
do you put winter tires on your genesis kyle?
@SinclairisCool Yes the Hyundai Accents are only 1.6 litres, and the Chevy Aveo i think is only a 1.5 litre If i'm not mistaken.
I have a friend that has had 3 Pontiac's with the 3.8 the engine is really good but his transmissions in all 3 failed at or around 200k miles
I love all cars. I just wish I could afford to buy one for myself so I could drive myself to work and to other places.
I have the same. Chevy. Calivier right in the front to the left next to thr grand prix
Full In Depth Tour of the Grand Prix please?
Nice, your pockets must be heavy carrying all those keys around to start these vehicles. lol
Thanks for the vid, i really enjoy youre vids!! Also i would like to mention that my grandfather has had 3 vehicles with the 3.8l v6 and you are CORRECT! They are indestructable and extremely reliable, both sold with 300k!! My fathers favourite V6 and yes he is a GM Mechanic lol
god! i feel bad for u down at NC with that snow.
Hello Kyle! Are you going to do night start ups/test drives with your new camera? The quality is really improved compared to your previous camera at nighttime. Nice video(s), thank you for uploading
I fuckin' love your Genesis. :) Keep it up!

Good to see that your still dedicated to doing videos in the bad weather
Most cars will startup cuz their coolant/antifreeze is topped off before cold weather
I didnt know you were into hyundais. Yikes. also, dont turn the headlights on before you start it, puts a strain on the battery...
The pacifica is a nice car when its not covered in snow

i'm shocked the f350 cold started as well as it did.
@firealarm719 haha me three! Kyle these vids are amazing, and theres no doubt that grand prix will go past 500k if maintained correctly
Hey Kyle, what kind of camera you use for your videos, it looks like a regular photo camera , very good video quality if its a photo camera! Keep up the good work!

Hey kyle do you think you could do a Nissan patrol/serenza I am dying to see a tour of one can't find one anywhere !
That Durango sometimes is like a shark on wheels. And what do you mean grand prix
I am so in love with that Ford F-350 Super Duty. Too bad it ain't available at your dealership anymore.
@JortvV The "handbrake".
The first chrysler u showed, was it dependable and reliable?
@wranglersnmt I'm just one to go on personal experience. Not ad's. Who know's how those were treated. I've seen many a 4.7 with 200,000 miles or close to and still purring like my 5.9.
how many do you guys do a month down there in nc. i work at a kia dealership in virginia
This was posted a year and a half ago. Of course they don't have the F350 anymore...

the ford f350 is a nice truck
@sideburns2009 The 4.7 isn't as bad as Chryslers 2.7 which may be one of the worst engines ever made. However the 4.7 is a p.o.s. when compared to the 5.2 it replaced. Craigs list and ebay are filled with Durangos, Grand Cherokees and Rams with blown 4.7's. I am a Chrysler fan big time don't get me wrong, but the early 4.7's just weren't very strong and durable.
@imthepatton It's on their Auto Trader page for $21,900.
powerstrokes are a hell of a lot better than any GM or Chrysler diesel that's for sure
