Everywhere is cold and damp in Shetland haha. The Atlantic on one side the North Sea on the other, the island is no more than a mile wide , blowing a gale most of the time . Friendly people and beautiful scenery , lived their for two years during the oil boom and stayed in a house opposite the lodberries , the land of horizontal rain .
