Good thing AMC Picked it up. We can watch it all starting next month. Unfortunately, you have to buy an AMC+ subscription. To me, that's worth it to be able to see the ending of the show. The cliffhanger was especially cruel.

The fans who watched and supported this series deserve a decent ending at the very least. When studios just abruptly cancel a series without wrapping it up in a finale, it just shows how little they think of the fans. Maybe S4 will air. I hope so and I hope it has a satisfactory ending.

I love how the video grants us a small mercy of hope. I just finished my 3rd rerun of the series, and I'm hoping and BEGGING someone buys the broadcast rights to this series so we can at the very least figure out how big alice and the gang set up a colony or even find out what that missle was

That’s so damn annoying!!! They left it the show session 3 with a cliffhanger that makes you want to scream. You have a hard time at the beginning waiting for season . Then it’s time or almost time and you find out they cancelled the series and probably want air the last season you’ve been waiting for!! Season 4 premieres on AMC July 21 2024. The series initially had a 3 year story Ark and the 3 seasons did well enough to merit a Green Light for Season 4. If WBD hadn't changed their business model in regards to scripted series and as someone who worked on S2, S3, & S4, I am certain there would of been a Season 5 but seeing how we dismantled, recycled, binned all sets and sold off all costumes, props, and set dressing of which I have a collection, it is very unlikely there will be a season 5. However, a prequel is possible :)

I hope we can finally see the 4th season of snowpiercer i loved it all of it

So if S4 of Snowpiercer Doesn't come out well my only suggestion was to make our own Alternative ending of the Snowpiercer if anyone wants to continue the snowpiercer series with there alternative Storyline more continuely of S4 and ending its gonna be our choices now

And this is why people are going to have to start getting rid of the streaming and their TV and only use internet because they don't give us what we want is abundantly

I do feel Season 3 was heavily affected by the Icebreaker theories that were going around, because Icebreaker being involved would have put a more serious tone to the story, cause I felt the entire Pirate Train Vs Big Alice being cleaned up in three episodes felt rushed, adding Icebreaker would have definitely added more stakes and would have had Wilford had a FULL character Arc, not just what he had in the Middle Of Season 3

I think my perception of the show was that Wilford was always the ultimate villain of the show - with him being a mysterious, larger than life figure in season one, and then an unstoppable force in season two - with the show ending with Wilford either being redeemed or being killed. Wilford being overshadowed by someone else would be a really weird take on Snowpiercer given the previous seasons' build up and the story of the movie (which people are the most familiar with).

​@@michaelbenitez539if Icebreaker were to appear in the series, i can imagine it would be a train only Wilford or only 1 or 2 other people would know about. Id imagine the train would be slightly taller than Big Alice however much wider than both trains (if they do their own thing, theyd keep reference.) The train would be different to how the original train was, however would keep some "Iconic" similarities, like the 3 snowplows, anti aircraft turret, duel engine and a general beast of a train.

Wtf they could not just finish up with season 4 I hate Hollywood it just keeps ending shows with no ending witch makes me not want to watch TV why get invested in any of it...

Honestly so annoying that studios don’t renew shows anymore. Why would you have a great couple seasons and not keep it up??? It was so good, something different and we finally hit such a big cliff hanger, we NEED answers for season and a good ending.

I don't know if i'm disappointed about that. I was a great fan of the most of first three series, but lost interest during the last episode of seaseon 3: - This, what happened, was quite too cheap: Wilford, bad again, after being pushed mentally and physically heavy dkwndown by suspension sudddenly appeared as active and sadistic as before.... - a Melanie who risked her life only a few episodes before to find a clue for better weather, suddenly turned bad - out of the blue - and decided to destroy, what she fighted and nearly to die for just just a short time before and suddenly decided to regain control (??) and a whole plot recycling war meanwhile for the third time because of the same old anymosities. - Bullshiit!! In the beginning and most of season 1 and 2 this was such a good and creative idea for a dystopical S.F. story with fine drawn, interesting charaters - and then the makers destroyed everything by creating these characters all constantly inconsistent and "borderline-like" who - childlike - could not decide wether to safe the last humans on earth or to slaughter each other like some stoneage barbarians again and again because of the same misunderstandings. It became a real playing ground for children - and -worst of all- a lot of constant logical faults and erratic story scenes killed the plot - and worst of all - all followed the typical "Netflix" stereotypes: constantly fighting action, constantly recycling of the same dramatic scenes and one irrational twist after the other, ending up so, that you've no chance to take a single character for serious! Psychologists know, that personality is relativly stabile trait - you cannot show one character changing his mind constantly one time after another! Thats far away from real life possibilities! - I know they do it for keepinf the story interesting, but the way, they do it here is far away "over the top"!! AND - at least another Netflix series with no end and no last season! - What am i paying for? - For half a story?? - I don't like movies or film series without a finale!! *I'm NOT amused, Netflix!!*

Idk why the number show that it got less and less views every episode because tbh for me it got more and more exciting the further I watched. The start was a bit rough and confusing but once I understood after the first few episodes I just got more and more enjoyable. After the final episode of season 3 I was so hyped only to be dissapointed by the end result. In my opinion by far the best show I ever watched. Every single minute was interresting.

I mean, there's no reason to do that for all shows and films since most films and shows actually make money back. By season three, Snowpiercer was likely not making any money back, especially with how expensive Jennifer Connelly and Sean Bean are to film with. TNT still wants to release the fourth season, but both TNT & Warner Brothers likely doesn't want to lose any further money, especially given how poor the situation is with WB and how when a company loses money, that affects the workers first. WB has been in a poor situation since 2020 when the streaming wars kicked off and Snowpiercer's season 5 cancellation is just one of almost a hundred shows they've called off to keep the company afloat. We might be tempted to get super angry and see Snowpiercer's cancellation as an offensive act of greed when it's really just a giant strategy Warner Bros. Discovery and WarnerMedia are taking, trying not to bleed the company to death - which would result in tens of thousands of people losing their jobs and a massive hole in the media industry to form. This isn't a personal offense. Snowpiercer is just a small piece in a much larger situation that goes beyond any simple, easy reason.

I've probably watched snowpiercer 10 times if not even more, it's my favorite show of all time. Even the sound and vibration of snowpiercers wheels running on the tracks makes me happy, relaxed and euphoric. I hope there is a way to watch the 4th season. I loved all of them so much

Hey there. In terms of your great looking minecraft snowpiercer builds, have you ever considered using something like the create mod to make them fully functional? The create mod also has addons like the "Steam 'n' Rails" addon that provides mega wide track and allows you to build much bigger trains. Would be very interesting to see. Also, have you ever considered looking into / doing a video on the roblox snowpiercer community? Roblox usually gets a bad rep but it's snowpiercer community is actually pretty great. Especially with what's soon to be released, practically a photorealistic and functional snowpiercer game.

I have considered it, but it's never been a market I've thought I was capable of breaking into since there are already a lot of great creators in that part of the community already (namely RealKieron). I've always focused on Snowpiercer from the lore/commentary side, rather than the gaming side since I don't know anything about the gaming side. As far as using create to make my Snowpiercer builds work, I might check it out, but I'm sure to be doing tutorials for how to build them in vanilla first.

A great thing about the create mod and the main reason I suggested it is because you don’t need to rebuild anything, you just use the glue tool over it and add some bogey motors and a track and boom, fully functional train. Also just a general thing about the roblox communities is that they tend to be pretty deeply enriched in lore, and it would be pretty interesting to see a commentary video where you can watch it all occurring and being played out as you describe it, no copyright worries. As much as I’d like to see Season 4 come out I just fail to see a reason it ever will. Snowpiercer is definitely a cool concept, but it’s still a pretty niche one. I don’t see it talked about much outside of the fandom (unless we’re talking about the 2013 movie, which is pretty well known) and as annoying as the cliffhanger was I doubt someone will pay to air it. I think our best bet for ever seeing Season 4 is if the show gets put onto a streaming service somewhere, but considering the fact it for some reason got taken off of every service in the US, which would be the largest potential market, I fail to see any reason for a resurgence in popularity, and without popularity and therefore money, Snowpiercer is probably destined to become another one of hundreds of smaller shows that never got finished.

I love this show so much, I really wanna see the final season, this situation of it being stuck with a broadcaster that won't broadcast it is so annoying. Hope another one picks it up soon! There's only so many times you can rewatch the same 3 seasons lol

No reason why Netflix won't take on season 4, as they already have the rest. The premise of mankind killing each other, even when they are the last remaining ones alive, is an interesting social comment. However, the idea that the Earth miraculously unfreezes in areas, is kind of a kick in the teeth to the whole idea and premise. These characters should not find a new home on a frozen planet, or at least not in 8 years (I think that is what it was) if it was a jump in the future of say nearly 100 years, then maybe, the children found a sanctuary, but not the adults. That is a fatal flaw in the story.

Most of these shows that get canceled can only blame their show runners and studios because they tend to drag these shows out in typical soap opera slow burn method with endless fetch quest meaningless filler episodes just to build a streaming library instead of presenting the audience with an interesting and compelling story that moves along at a good pace that doesn’t bore the audience into a coma. Had they treated this as a limited run miniseries like back in the ‘70s and ‘80s without any of the fluff and filler, all the questions would have been answered, everyone would have moved on, and we would’ve been getting new limited run series every year instead of having to wait and hope it doesn’t get canceled after the cliffhanger during hiatus. South Korean television is very popular, has this limited episode run, and tells very good stories on all kinds of genres. Western media should take note if they want happy audiences and huge return on investments.

I didn't want to see it after they wasted Mr. Wilford. He was such a menace ins season 2. We saw the train clearly vote for him is their leader. Then he is held captive. And no one protests? No one cares? Then throughout all of season 3 it builds up his escape which lasts like half an hour and then they just cast him out? Nah, people should be livid.

This video is almost half a year old and was long before the news came up that AMC bought the streaming rights to the last season. At the time, Snowpiercer was cancelled by TNT and there was no guarantee that the show would be bought given its poor performance figures. I have since posted content announcing AMCs purchase, as well as the teaser trailer for season 4

I really hope another studio picks up and finishes + publishes the 4th season, because Season 4 is supposed to be the last one, it would suck for the show to be completely and totally cancelled right before the final season. Perhaps someone like Sony or Paramount, god knows either could afford to finish it.

Netflix better pay for season 4

It's not fully cancelled, its in-between network providers and the strike impacted the whole release of it as well. People who have worked on the show have said its still in the selling period. A more accurate term for the season would be HIATUS, not cancelled.

I mean, the show was indeed cancelled for season five - and the fourth season was cancelled for TNT broadcasting. Whether the strike happened or not isn't too relevant when TNT just *isn't* going to air the fourth season. Someone else is going to have to, and if no one else can/will, then the show will go to streaming or be scrapped.

@@HallimarRathlornStudios that would mean it was just dropped by one network and being moved to another, I think the more appropriate term should be hiatus. The fourth season has been completed and the rights are on sale. The show hasn’t officially been cancelled at all yet.

There is not going to be a season five. I have my sources in the description, Snowpiercer is referred to almost always as being "canceled". Like, here's the article from mid 2022 referring to dozens and dozens of shows as being *canceled*, Snowpiercer being one of them.

The stupid thing is. They were technically done. They were almost done when it got cancelled

I really like the idea and the story about the series, but in a lot of ways, it felt very dull, hyper unrealistic and of course - woke as high as the sky. Most men in the movie are portrait as complete dumbo's, weak, cowards, can be easily beaten by little girls etc. After the first few episodes of season 1 I wasn't sure that I want to watch it, but continued to watch it. Season 2 and 3 were a bit better and I guess I've gotten used to the woke mania going on most of the time, but still the whole movie was average at best and if it was released 10 + years ago, it would have probably been a bit more enjoyable.

Season 1 was trash, so why keep watching it? Just watch again the movie.
