We used to do that in Northern Ontario, Canada, back in in the 1970s. Our course was straight but very bumpy and very steep. The bumps made most snowmobile drivers lose control and the sled just toppled and tumbled back down the hill. It was brutal! Only the best drivers made it to the top. Not too many made it.
