Dam ending it all just like that

Interesting how pride happened to be the downfall for most characters in this show. • Saint refusing to give up his pursuit for the money. • Teddy acting cocky & arrogant around Cissy in public thinking he was immune from consequences • Jerome sticking around town against his better judgement, when he knew deep down he had to leave the game if he wanted to survive • Louie going behind Saint’s back in season 5 to Teddy, although one could argue that was more greed than pride. • Ruben letting his guard down around Oso thinking he won the battle just to have Oso catch him by surprise. Gonna miss this show, and best believe I’m gonna be watching reruns for a long, long time 💯

You not alone man but Franklins biggest downfall was trusting everyone to the point he had no backup I mean boy forgot he's a drug dealer and he needed to stash away atleast 15 million cash in a place only he knows , he should have looked out for himself first.

​@Z14 to be fair he had plenty of legit money in his assets, he just didn't wanna sell the big one that he kept pouring money into to finish, he coulda sold the Westside properties and kept all the Compton & Watts real estate and woulda still made plenty of money over time but he was sore about the 73 mil and wanted his money back his way and wasn't gonna be satisfied any other way.

Couldn’t had said it any better, can’t believe it’s over such an amazing show with great cast, camera work, phenomenal story line and it was very realistic with the ending and ultimately what happened to Franklin and how his greed and pride was his ultimate downfall and only very few really had a bittersweet ending but nobody really makes it out of the drug /blood money game unscathed

This wasn’t just a normal show this was a life lesson man, that ending was something else especially with that ending wow

Just like Still Dre, is forever linked or tied with Training Day. Alonzo Harris and Franklin Saint, were S tier villains. Just complete psychopaths, who were irredeemable at the end. That's the best comparison, that I can give right now. I'm sure that their are others, in terms of songs, that are attached to films, or tv series.

Ugh breaks my heart every time. 5 seasons and I actually found myself growing attached to the characters on top of seeing their character development. Blows my mind they haven't gotten an Emmy yet.

@@FCSANTI08 he started off with good morals but then slowly adapted to the ruthless nature of the crackgame and only people that was in it got hurt by him. atleast untill the later part of the series. going through what he did tho, all the backstabbings and betrayals, its no wonder he became cold hearted in his decisions. his mother killing teddy before franklin could get his money back was the most meaningless shit in the entire series since it only affected her own son. and was what made franklin lose his mind. i knew she was gonna fuck something up soon as she entered the house where they interrigated teddy
