I love it even when the tranquility is in short supply🙂 Can you imagine existing there if there was no protection? Brr! That snow looks pretty wetting.🥶 For all that, I find myself hugely attracted by Lofoten, and have used one of my cruiseship photos as a reference for a painting of them. One day maybe I'll visit.

My dream vacation is Norway.

Would love to live in a place like this where there is no terrible sounds of cars and noise all the time. This atmosphere is serene.

Hehehe I live in Norway and is often so envious of people living in warmer countries. But man 43C I don't know how I would survive that. I visited Thailand in summer once. I was like: How do people have energy to do ANYTHING in this heat!? How can they even think? My brain turned to mush. How is if for you guy who are used to it? Does the heat effect your brain? Do you get really tired? Summer in Norway is quite nice though.

@@erikengheim1106 43°C is not normal here actually the average temperature of Delhi is 36°C and temp over 40°C is considered severe heatwave(orange alert) but because of climate change it becomes quite often in summer in recent years and of course health issues are there because human body can't take that much heat constantly. Winter in Delhi is quite nice 18max 4min(on an average in northern India plains) we also have same thoughts about Scandinavians how you guys take that much cold?

@@erikengheim1106 Hii I am from Delhi.. Actually 43°C is only in extreme summer during April, May, June, July etc Avg tem is 30-36°© During winter in Dec, Jan it is 4°C to 15°c

The landscapes of black and white and gray are the perfect background for the red houses. Charming, inviting, atmospheric it’s beautiful!

Norway has excellent food, fine dining bistro..

I was there a month ago from May 8 to 20. Absolute beauty. stayed in Henningsvar and Svolvar among other places

Picture living here in 600AD in long houses. Heavy winter snows the wind howling and whipping, sound of the ocean hitting against shore... and those thunder snow storms who wouldn't accept it was Thor beating his mighty hammer across the sky. It's a magically thing to behold.
