BACKGROUND STORY
We are steps2adventure, better known as Jordan & Annalise. We created the steps2adventure brand to inspire people to explore what the outdoors has to offer. Back in 2019 we always knew we wanted to travel, we were planning backpacking trips, train journeys.. you name it. Thankfully we came across the van life KZreadrs! As soon as we saw this way of life we knew this was it, this is how we want to live and travel. So, we bought a van… Not just any van, she’s a 2007 LWB Mercedes sprinter van, an absolute beast!! We have spent over 2 years converting her in-between work and some little adventures across the UK.

Hopefully it's not too much to fix the van, Just luckily it was a rock when moving off and not slide on the snowy road! :) lovely video again! I completely forget I've got all this stuff on my doorstep and you don't even appreciate it all.

I did something similar travelling between Megget reservoir and Talla reservoir,in the Scottish Borders,steep and twisty single track in the middle of nowhere, I was heading towards Tweedsmuir, and a couple of cars were coming up the hill together so I tried to tuck in to the hillside and the van slipped on the gravel/grass causing me to hit the solid rock at the side,unlike yourself I had hit the sliding door,no sill damage.still a pisser tho, Hope the nightmare becomes a dream again real soon mate, Atb John 🏴

Nice video, great music choices. I hit our van in exactly the same place on the drivers side on a railway sleeper covered in ivy - easily done but I was gutted! Van was in really good nick, til I got my hands on it 🤣 still not seen about getting it repaired and that happened in the summer. Be interested to know how you go about getting it sorted. Our damage wasn’t quite as epic as yours, but I hope you get it sorted without too much grief👍

Thanks so much for watching! ahh it's gutting isn't it. We bought the panel off eBay and took it to the lads at Clay City Autos in Stoke on Trent to put it on for us. We had to get it done asap cause were booked in for a respray. Atleast it's another story to tell haha! x
