A winter service vehicle (WSV), or snow removal vehicle, is a vehicle specially designed or adapted to clear thoroughfares of ice and snow is usually called as Snow Removal Truck(SRT). Winter service vehicles are usually based on a dump truck chassis, with adaptations allowing them to carry specially designed snow removal equipment.
These products generally range from about $3,000 - $4,500; but of course, the specific price will depend on the size and model of the plow.
They do a very hard job as sometimes the weather is extremely low below -40 Celsius and the roads are slippery and dangerous too.
