You're living the dream, man! You are my hero! Never touched a shovel or got off the machine! How much you charging per property with that awesome Ventrac??? I'd like to dump my 3 walk behind snow blowers and get a Ventrac.

you should wear a snowmobile helmet. Might look kinda funny, but they are super warm and keep the snow out of your face.

Great video. How can you stand up without your PTO disengaging? Mine shuts off if I lift out of the seat. 2012 4200TD. Great tunes too. Thanks for posting.

@onsitestudios, What's your point? He has the Ventrac - I can't think of a single reason not to use it whether Father Winter drops 4" or 12".

Spending way too much time backing up and going forward which in turn is wasting fuel. Better to turn around and make a pass back the way you came from....especially on long lane/driveways....that's what steering wheels and adjustable chutes are for. Work smarter not harder.

Center first, then turn around, pick a side towards the wind and come back out. Then go back on the opposite side after turning chute 180* and finish the main drive, then it's just finishing the opening up top and leave. If you have wind, the blower will clear over the 'center' first pass and not cause any issues.

+Funkygamer_015 That's why you angle the end of the chute down farther so the snow doesn't catch as much wind. I run a snowblower on my Gravely every winter for 15+ years now. You're thinking into it too much, way I and Shasta said, he's still blowing it WITH the wind, just rotate the chute when you turn around.

+ShastaPacificRoad by the time you take the time to turn the machine around and get it lined up for the next pass and rotate the chute the opposite direction and hope the wind doesn't blow it back onto the passes you already made, you can just leave everything adjusted the way you had it and back up. I also avoid driving over the snow before I snow blow it because the machine doesn't pick up the snow as well once its packed down by heavy machine tires. I have found that turning around works well in some driveway situations but most of the time i find it a waste of time. On this snow blower you can only adjust the chute left and right while your on the machine, you have to adjust the tilt manually.

+UNISPEED1 Guess I must be spoiled since I can adjust the angle of the chute left or right as well as up & down on mine and I can angle the blower as far as ground height from really low(about a 1/4") to approx. 1 1/2" off the ground but I have to get off the tractor to do that. I chain-up at the start of the 'snow-season' with bar-lug chains so I rarely have traction problems.

I need one simply because diesel is 3 times cheaper than gasoline where I live. Gasoline costs $10/ US gallon euro per liter here

People pay for that? You leave to much snow on the driveway. Waste to much time going back and forth.
